     Under investigation especially are internal Google and derivative compilations of supposedly nearly non-existent reader "pageviews" of this post concerning the SFPD's recent Mission District shooting frenzy including the critical wounding of the apparent victim of the alleged crime. The Ninth Amendment  special internal investigations audit team has reported to the editorial staff that it has yet to identify a satisfactory explanation for this seeming aberration at a time when the Ninth Amendment log has otherwise been experiencing a marked steadily sustained upswing in readership.
     Readers are asked please to bear with the Ninth Amendment's need to re-run the post here verbatim as originally published with the most accurate information then available as necessary to further its investigation into this statistically highly improbable circumstance.  Any resulting information and/or conclusions of newsworthy significance will of course be published here for our readers own evaluation. Perhaps seeking to outdo the NYPD which readers may recall last year mowed down many completely innocent New Yorkers walking and window-shopping on the sidewalks in the vicinity of the landmark Empire State Building the SFPD also quickly convinced San Franciscans who were not hit it was time to dive for the pavement.
     Latest reports to the Ninth Amendment's Bay Area bureau confirm that SFPD officers in fact critically wounded a man not with a gun but an air gun which they emphatically educated members of the press can shoot pellets when loaded with air. It is not believed to be the official policy of the SFPD also to shoot persons at whom the SFPD believe imagined guns are being pointed, but in this case the SFPD also did hitting the putative target as well apparently with hollow-nosed rounds quickly making him into an actual target who at last reports also was hospitalized in extremely critical condition along with the possible air shooter.
     Involved officer(s) nevertheless reportedly have been suspended regardless of Department policy for attempting to kill victims as well as perpetrators. Some citizens reportedly expressed concern if it was just a case of remarkably poor marksmanship and judgment rather than policy it nevertheless was disheartening and frightening to experience it enthusiastically practiced amidst groups of citizens.      Medical personnel at hospitals such as the city's major trauma San Francisco General Hospital confirm that the hollow-nosed bullet which is designed to mushroom splatter immediately upon entering a human's tissue causes maximum lethal damage by making nearly every hit either extremely critical or catastrophically deadly by expanding exponentially in the human body tearing out tissue, blood vessels, bones, organs including much of the brain in head shots as the bullets rapidly expand pancaking into gaping exit wounds.
     Proponents of the hollow-nosed bullets argue they are actually much safer than a bullet with a "full metal jacket" which can pass through targeted humans but not necessarily immediately stop them and furthermore then continue on for some distance through, for example, bystanders even at some distance and structures such as building exterior and apartment walls into neighboring units. Unfortunately as demonstrated apparently in the SFPD's frenzied Sunday night shooting the theory of the "safer" hollow-nosed bullet does not hold true for anyone when it causes maximum life-threatening damage in persons shot wrongly, recklessly, negligently and/or accidentally.
     The Ninth Amendment wishes to emphasize that information on the incident is still developing. As always our hearts go out to all those possibly killed or injured without just cause and of course their families, loved ones and friends. Individuals with particular concerns should contact appropriate authorities. New York Times Entire Editorial Board Finally Calls For Guantanamo Bay Closure Detainees Release

     6 April 2013, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - In the wake of the most recent and longest hunger strike ever of remaining Guantanamo Bay detainees in numbers far greater than those told in more lies to the American people by the United States Government and the CIA many of whom were ordered released long ago the entire editorial board of the Ninth Amendment log salutes the entire editorial board of the New York Times for finally demonstrating the moral courage to call for the immediate closure of Guantanamo Bay and release of detainees in the New York Times published today. Obama San Francisco Fly-By Courts Rich Demos Supports Pelosi Calls For Dumping Boehner

     Friday, 5 April 2013, SEA CLIFF, SAN FRANCISCO - President Obama Wednesday reportedly made a fund-raising trip to this exclusive San Francisco enclave perhaps best known as the home of actor Robin Williams. Obama reportedly did not hold a fundraiser at Mr. Williams home nor did he apparently take time to visit the nude beach below nor pay homage to the late Dr. Hunter S. Thompson at Dr. Thompson's relatively nearby beloved Seal Rock Inn. President Obama reportedly buttressed efforts of ActBlue which has successfully raised large amounts of internet donations for the Democratic National Congressional Campaign Committee to counter Republican "Boner" Boehner's fundraising efforts among the small handful of billionaires who actually conspire to keep the Republican party afloat by relentlessly scheming to devise new manipulative strategies to trick mainstream Americans (the other 99.9%) through lies and deception mostly via blitz television advertising into believing that Republicans have anything to offer them except lives of misery, poverty, lousy public education and nutrition, and large-scale incarceration.
     For more on these topics the Ninth Amendment recommends Nobel Prize winning New York Times columnist  Professor Paul Krugman who reportedly writes for the publication without remuneration while also serving as Professor of Economics at Princeton University. Ironically Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School also serves as the country's major breeding ground for top CIA "officials".
     President Obama reportedly focused his San Francisco fundraising efforts on exclusive fundraising remarks at the homes of other Sea Cliff billionaires where he spoke on the need to knock the Republicans out of the House of Representatives and restore Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House so that he could actually get something done rather than deal with the moronic Tea Party crowd busily destroying what remains of the Republican Party (not really a party, more like a crack rave being the drug introduced to the United States by, yes of course, the CIA as long ago documented at length in the Los Angeles Times to finance its as usual ill-conceived and incidentally illegal Contra operation).
     Obama joked apparently that he could not see the Golden Gate Bridge from the rich people's houses until he was reminded that San Francisco is often enveloped in fog as it reportedly was that evening. As to why Obama then went on to make some perhaps off-color remark is unknown and merits further investigation. The President furthermore refrained from mentioning the much-hated Keystone XL Canada-to-Gulf of Mexico pipeline tar sands proposed super-pollution project. (As Texas Democratic Chair Hinjosa repeatedly has attempted to point out to Idiot Texas Governor Perry, jobs and cheap energy do not mean much to people when they are all dead.)
     As Obama's motorcade sped off through San Francisco's "Tenderloin" environmental protestors were kept at a distance by San Francisco Police. Republican protestors reportedly had already left leaving at most a hundred to two hundred, apparently scared off by the light rain which reportedly had begun to fall or threatened to fall.

"Massive Cyberattack" Hits Internet Disrupts Worldwide Web Service Allgedly Launched By Cyberbunker, Others Against Non-Profit Spamhaus

     Tuesday, 2 April 2013, AMSTERDAM - The Ninth Amendment's Amsterdam bureau reports corroborating information regarding what other sources including CNN have called a "massive cyberattack" allegedly launched by Dutch company Cyberbunker and other alleged conspirators last Friday, 29 March 2013 against non-profit Spamhaus Group which provides free data used by companies including many e-mail service providers to block up to 80% of the world's "spam" dissemination on the internet. Cyberbunker based in a former military bunker in Holland reportedly boasts that it provides servers for worldwide dissemination of any type of material except "child porn" or that aiding or abetting "terrorists".
     The alleged Cyberbunker attack was reported to be a "denial of service" attack against Spamhaus which consists of directing overwhelming amounts of internet traffic to its servers so as to shut them down. Spamhaus in an effort to avoid being literally knocked off the internet employed a technique of redirecting the huge volume of traffic onto the internet, apparently in such great amounts that it subsequently impacted and significantly disrupted much of the internet's worldwide traffic. Although the alleged three-day Cyberbunker attack reportedly ended it has now been picked up by other hackers and/or presumably corporate enemies of non-profit Spamhaus.
     Although this attack apparently has reached unparalleled proportions the perceived feud (at least by Cyberbunker) between Cyberbunker and Spamhaus reportedly has continued for some time. Although the Ninth Amendment at this time lacks information from law enforcement sources the private internet security firm engaged by Spamhaus has cast the alleged Cyberbunker attack as a debilitating denial of free speech on the internet whereas Spamhaus provision of data on entities such of spammers is entirely at the discretion of companies such as e-mail providers which voluntarily choose to use it to protect their computer and time resources as well as those of their users and customers.
     This CNN report which readers may access directly from the link below was brought to the attention of many by Avast! Corporation along with the provision of a free routine upgrade.      That being that it is time to pull out one's wallet and "upgrade". Alternatively to run poorly and sloppily written software which eats up unimaginable amounts of computer resources such as the programming for which Microsoft has earned its infamy amongst many of those apparently in the know.

After all, when it comes to for-profit America is anything really "free"? "Dying Vet's 'F*ck You' Letter To George Bush & Dick Cheney Needs To Be Read By Every American" Per Dangerousminds.net

     Saturday, 23 March 2013, LAKE MALAWI, MALAWI, AFRICA - The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment finds the letter below electronically published in www.dangerousminds.net to be worthy of reproduction here verbatim in its entirety without other comment. The fact for the day according to filmmaker Michael Moore in his film Fahrenheit 9/11 is that at the time of its filming of the entire body of Congresspersons who overwhelmingly endorsed "President" George "little shrub" Bush' pre-emptive bombing and subsequent invasion and destruction of the country of Iraq and the mass murder of its people only ONE Congressperson had a son or daughter who served in that conflict, yet another illegal Unconstitutional assault on another sovereign nation by the United States, the last Constitutionally declared "War" having been World War Two.
     The hidden facts for the day are that like the members of  Congress who overwhelmingly supported the invasion of Iraq by other peoples' children likewise neither the "Village Idiot" Bush nor puppetmaster criminal mastermind "Vice-President" Dick "Pigheart" Cheney ever had a son nor daughter serve in military combat in Iraq nor elsewhere. (Although Cheney did prove a most patriotic profiteer of unparalleled proportions ostensibly serving contemporaneously as Vice-President of the United States while providing the services, bodies and limbs of his Blackdeath contractor murdering mercenaries in Iraq and other lucrative locations worldwide.)
     Much unlike Queen Elizabeth whose two grandsons Princes William and Harry both served in the English military with Prince Harry serving in active combat in Afghanistan. As noted by the dying veteran Tomas Young in his letter below both Bush and Cheney also themselves shirked mandatory military service, Bush going AWOL and Cheney dodging the draft. It was only Bush' father CIA Headquarters' namesake George H.W. Bush who had braved military service in World War II distinguishing himself by machine-gunning helpless Japanese sailors from his airplane as they floundered in liferafts below launched from their sinking ship while trying to surrender.  (As first reported in Harper's Magazine.)
     Other than strafing "Hors de combat" in violation of the Geneva Convention which defines them as combatants no longer in combat it has been noted that Bush aka "Bush the Elder" aka "Bush Sr." aka "Bush 41" (having been the 41st President of the United States and actually probably elected to one term of a "thousand points of blight" unlike his son who lost both the popular and electoral votes to Al Gore but nevertheless was named "President" in a coup d'etat staged in Florida and completed by the United States Supreme Court in Bush v. Gore) also strafed the Japanese Prime Minister with vomit and passed out while dining with him at a State dinner in Japan. Bush later attributed the incident to having spent the preceding twenty-four hours drinking motor oil, Texas crude, black gold... As to what else Bush 41 has done such as perhaps participate in or orchestrate the JFK Assassination and the 9/11 attacks only he and the devil know, and so far neither one is telling.

I write this letter on the 10th anniversary of the Iraq War on behalf of my fellow Iraq War veterans. I write this letter on behalf of the 4,488 soldiers and Marines who died in Iraq. I write this letter on behalf of the hundreds of thousands of veterans who have been wounded and on behalf of those whose wounds, physical and psychological, have destroyed their lives. I am one of those gravely wounded. I was paralyzed in an insurgent ambush in 2004 in Sadr City. My life is coming to an end. I am living under hospice care.
I write this letter on behalf of husbands and wives who have lost spouses, on behalf of children who have lost a parent, on behalf of the fathers and mothers who have lost sons and daughters and on behalf of those who care for the many thousands of my fellow veterans who have brain injuries. I write this letter on behalf of those veterans whose trauma and self-revulsion for what they have witnessed, endured and done in Iraq have led to suicide and on behalf of the active-duty soldiers and Marines who commit, on average, a suicide a day. I write this letter on behalf of the some 1 million Iraqi dead and on behalf of the countless Iraqi wounded. I write this letter on behalf of us all—the human detritus your war has left behind, those who will spend their lives in unending pain and grief.
I write this letter, my last letter, to you, Mr. Bush and Mr. Cheney. I write not because I think you grasp the terrible human and moral consequences of your lies, manipulation and thirst for wealth and power. I write this letter because, before my own death, I want to make it clear that I, and hundreds of thousands of my fellow veterans, along with millions of my fellow citizens, along with hundreds of millions more in Iraq and the Middle East, know fully who you are and what you have done. You may evade justice but in our eyes you are each guilty of egregious war crimes, of plunder and, finally, of murder, including the murder of thousands of young Americans—my fellow veterans—whose future you stole.
Your positions of authority, your millions of dollars of personal wealth, your public relations consultants, your privilege and your power cannot mask the hollowness of your character. You sent us to fight and die in Iraq after you, Mr. Cheney, dodged the draft in Vietnam, and you, Mr. Bush, went AWOL from your National Guard unit. Your cowardice and selfishness were established decades ago. You were not willing to risk yourselves for our nation but you sent hundreds of thousands of young men and women to be sacrificed in a senseless war with no more thought than it takes to put out the garbage.
I joined the Army two days after the 9/11 attacks. I joined the Army because our country had been attacked. I wanted to strike back at those who had killed some 3,000 of my fellow citizens. I did not join the Army to go to Iraq, a country that had no part in the September 2001 attacks and did not pose a threat to its neighbors, much less to the United States. I did not join the Army to “liberate” Iraqis or to shut down mythical weapons-of-mass-destruction facilities or to implant what you cynically called “democracy” in Baghdad and the Middle East. I did not join the Army to rebuild Iraq, which at the time you told us could be paid for by Iraq’s oil revenues. Instead, this war has cost the United States over $3 trillion. I especially did not join the Army to carry out pre-emptive war. Pre-emptive war is illegal under international law. And as a soldier in Iraq I was, I now know, abetting your idiocy and your crimes. The Iraq War is the largest strategic blunder in U.S. history. It obliterated the balance of power in the Middle East. It installed a corrupt and brutal pro-Iranian government in Baghdad, one cemented in power through the use of torture, death squads and terror. And it has left Iran as the dominant force in the region. On every level—moral, strategic, military and economic—Iraq was a failure. And it was you, Mr. Bush and Mr. Cheney, who started this war. It is you who should pay the consequences.
I would not be writing this letter if I had been wounded fighting in Afghanistan against those forces that carried out the attacks of 9/11. Had I been wounded there I would still be miserable because of my physical deterioration and imminent death, but I would at least have the comfort of knowing that my injuries were a consequence of my own decision to defend the country I love. I would not have to lie in my bed, my body filled with painkillers, my life ebbing away, and deal with the fact that hundreds of thousands of human beings, including children, including myself, were sacrificed by you for little more than the greed of oil companies, for your alliance with the oil sheiks in Saudi Arabia, and your insane visions of empire.
I have, like many other disabled veterans, suffered from the inadequate and often inept care provided by the Veterans Administration. I have, like many other disabled veterans, come to realize that our mental and physical wounds are of no interest to you, perhaps of no interest to any politician. We were used. We were betrayed. And we have been abandoned. You, Mr. Bush, make much pretense of being a Christian. But isn’t lying a sin? Isn’t murder a sin? Aren’t theft and selfish ambition sins? I am not a Christian. But I believe in the Christian ideal. I believe that what you do to the least of your brothers you finally do to yourself, to your own soul.
My day of reckoning is upon me. Yours will come. I hope you will be put on trial. But mostly I hope, for your sakes, that you find the moral courage to face what you have done to me and to many, many others who deserved to live. I hope that before your time on earth ends, as mine is now ending, you will find the strength of character to stand before the American public and the world, and in particular the Iraqi people, and beg for forgiveness.

We welcome our much-appreciated returning readers and the most recent and previously even unknown countries' citizens still joining our global audience after several years of posts affirming that much of the world still awaits a compact such as that embodied in the United States Constitution and the promise to the People of the plain text of the Ninth Amendment thereto so far ignored by the United States Government.
     The United States once was revered the world over through much of its nearly two hundred and twenty-five year history well into the 20th Century for doing mostly good both at home and abroad in the advancement of all humankind as it largely fulfilled the genius set forth in its Constitution  Its mandate simply strictly to follow the plain text of that remarkable document in its establishment of a State specifically prohibiting ceaseless governmental intrusions at home and abroad however slowly and methodically has been undermined by progressively more rapacious United States governments.
     The evolution of a State dangerously disrespectful and contemptuous of the Constitution's strict limitations in.words unambiguously intolerant of successive United States governments' incremental obvious encroachments on the rights, privileges and liberties of individuals and indeed all humankind deemed fundamental and inalienable has been at the peril of the survival of the United States as the Country its People intended it to be. Quite possibly the worst of more recent Administrations have even purely for their own purely selfish and even evil ends sown the seeds of the United States' demise altogether.
     To those marginally noticing the Ninth Amendment Log's expansion in the past month a few of the more beautiful, breathtaking and broadening features added to the Ninth Amendment (huh?) experimentally as anticipated  in posts a while back do appear to give the metaphorically "below-the fold" lower portion of each post a somewhat more populist flavor. The editorial staff however assures readers that this is not intended to come to define the core of the Ninth Amendment Log as was long ago promised
     As to the new "Speedtest" feature below this simply informs a reader of one's computer internet connection's approximate real-time bandwidth and download capacity. That being as most are aware nothing more than its real-time capacity to carry information programmed as a series of zeros and ones. Although BigBigJoe was somewhat troubled by the slightly slanted visual resolution of the reader's real-time Speedtest experience he seemed marginally satisfied to report that when tested with and without add-ons and filters on Firefox, Internet Explorer and Linux the Speedtest bandwidth test and download speed numbers proved reasonably accurate.
     The Ninth Amendment Log's other new feature is the adult minichat which the Ninth Amendment editorial staff has added on a trial basis to introduce new readers to the Log including from different cultures worldwide and encourage conversation including news and current affairs, while remaining committed to requiring participants provide nothing more than an identifying moniker allowing one another courtesy in using it as a "free speech box" hopefully like Speaker's Corner at Hyde Park in London.

CIA Front Google Loads Deceptive New "Gadgets" In Blogspot After Antitrust CIA Facebook Zuckerboy Misdeeds Crushed By Staggering European Fines

     Friday, 8 March 2013, LANGLEY, VA. - Just days after perennial sneak criminal CIA Tool Zuckerboy (aka "Zuckerman") through his Facebook (CIA codename "Facelog" or "Mugbook") franchise has been slapped down again by European regulators with a staggering antitrust fine nearing one billion dollars, the CIA through its direct Google database retrieval and storage front is encouraging "blogsters" to add new gadgets embedded with costly deceptive "advertising" traps for unwary readers.
     Google allegedly originally was hatched under cover at MIT where many classically illegal CIA covert Vietnam projects were funded (ask Noam Chomsky) as a new generation link-based "searchtool". The CIA believed to have a phony indemnification agreement with Zuckerboy's Facebook reportedly is scrambling for more money through whatever means possible, including duping American readers directly rather than through its so-called "Black-Ops" budget dumped on it annually by Americans' representatives.
     Apparently once European allies are not so amused with CIA attempts to catalog every face and location on the planet via Facebook and Google. Moreover they are recouping the price of former "President" George "little shrub" Bush.dragging them into bogus conflicts which cost them untold amounts of casualties, money and the fall of governments.
     The CIA after the debacle of General Moron Petraeus whose CIA computer was hacked while he served as Director of the CIA spending his time corresponding by e-mail with his paid mistress and using the computer password "Spot" oversaw the CIA through a stunning series of setbacks starting with the Taliban walking unchallenged into the CIA's main Afghanistan headquarters base and mowing down CIA agents eventually all forcing President Obama to fire him from his CIA job as well as his previous job as Afghanistan military commander.
     The CIA is so desperate for funds through its Google front reportedly it also actually is encouraging "blogsters" to put "Paypal" donation buttons as new features on their so-called "blogs" reportedly to siphon off funds for its latest misadventures. Not to mention a daily Marine Corps quote. Reportedly worthy General Petraeus quotes also were to be a proposed new "gadget", but few could be located and those would be unsuitable as they all appeared to CIA analysts to be inarticulate criticisms of the United States Government and/or arguably pornographic.
     As for the "Paypal" begging plan The Ninth Amendment editorial board assures readers it has no plans to join in the classically deceptive new CIA-Google begging plan at least until the CIA either goes away or abides by its charter to stay out of the United States and do something good for the world that would once again make this Great Country proud that it is something more than a base for U.S. Government-funded worldwide assassins, an avid creator and supporter of terrorists who then turn on the United States, an enemy of worldwide democracy, and has proven at least one sadly inept and dangerous spy agency, both to the CIA itself where like the DEA it routinely turns on its own operatives and leaves them out to dry (as documented in its attempted effort to do so in the recent Academy Award winning 2013 Best Picture of the Year "Argo"), and to the citizens of the United States who inevitably unknowingly suffer the "blowback" of its ill-conceived murderous misadventures.
