Friday, 1 December 2017, WASHINGTON, D.C. - Mental health professionals so extremely concerned about President Trump's further mental deterioration after carefully observing and studying his public appearances from afar have felt compelled to take the extraordinary step of invoking their "duty to warn" as obligating them in their opinion even when some depending on their specific mental health profession believe themselves normally constrained by the "Goldwater rule" to make no diagnosis without personally examining a patient now publicly to emphatically express their shared grave fears at least in lay terms warning of the extreme immediate dangers now posed by President Trump to the survival potentially of the entire world community given his legally unchecked sole nuclear launch authority irreversible within five minutes of exercising his launch command even without those mental health professionals necessarily designating a specific diagnosis. Some mental health professionals have made reference to a condition of malignant narcissism when warning about Trump's worsening mental incompetence and lack of fitness for office.
Their most immediate concerns specifically are about the public danger they believe to be posed by President Trump as has been evidenced by the multitude of actions taken by members of the mental health community including without limitation publishing countless individual articles in a diverse variety of publications and convening a conference of mental health professionals at but not sponsored by Yale University on the subject as well as contributing to the book described in the below Newsweek article link also including many other actions including some reported in previous posts here including but not limited to a march of "Duty to Warn" mental health professionals in lower Manhattan to try to bring their most serious concerns about the dangerous mental condition of President Trump to the attention of the greater American public.
These mental health professionals are joined by a growing chorus of others including those in frequent daily contact with President Trump or long familiar with him personally and/or through close reporting such as a diverse stream of guests on MSNBC's Morning Joe expressing concerns of markedly more urgent intensity regarding the increasingly apparent seriously disturbing mental health problems manifested by the President nearing a crescendo of symptoms crying out at least to some that the President right now has reached the point of being dangerously unfit and incompetent to serve in such a dangerously impaired state as to be unable to discharge the monumental and most consequential responsibilities of his office.
Just as the United States for the first and only time since the October 1962 Cuban missile crisis finds itself in a known situation of such dire risk as to pose an imminent threat of nuclear war that likely could kill a minimum of millions of people with further significant risk of an unintended escalation from there to the point of becoming an an existential threat to all life on the planet the United States finds itself with a commander-in-chief in Trump who at this time has deteriorated into a state where he presently has been deemed by an increasing group of those in the best positions to know that the President Trump is unable to rationally and safely deal with such a risk so as to guide and engage his administration in a most delicate exercise of complex diplomacy to defuse this crisis rather than exacerbating it into near-certain catastrophe. The urgency of the situation is made all the greater by what "fearsome" advances as set out in the second New York Times article linked to below the latest North Korean both bigger and more powerful missile tested represents in the opinion of diverse experts some of whom believe that the North Korean missile is within a couple more tests of being able with at least low reliability to deliver a medium-sized nuclear payload to anywhere in the continental United States after the experts had examined the information about the most recently fired North Korean missile in the available photographic evidence.

Monday, 27 November 2017, ALICE SPRINGS, Australia - Six pacifist Catholic antiwar protesters (self-styled "peace pilgrims") were tried here in the past two weeks for entering a prohibited area after they in September 2016 breached the security perimeter of Joint Defence Facility Pine Gap (JDFPG) which is a top-secret military base operated by the United States hidden in the Australian outback at Alice Springs, Australia in the Northern Territory.
The above-pictured (as of 2014) JDFPG top secret global military, intelligence and surveillance base is said to be used by agencies including the CIA, DOD, NSA, NRO and others as a military and intelligence base believed to be used in a range of operations including but not limited to real-time DOD combat operations in diverse regions, signals intelligence, mass surveillance including of all civilian internet and telephone communications, detecting nuclear missile launches, satellite communications and control, missile including space-based defense, as well as surveillance and military applications among many other missions said to include targeting nuclear weapons and real-time drone strike kills plus a multitude of functions critical to real-time military combat operations in many active U.S. theaters in the Middle East and elsewhere in none of which areas has the United States declared war, as well as other military and intelligence operations in space. About 800 persons are thought to be stationed at JDFPG including Australians now stationed at the base as well after a public outcry but with the United States (possibly the CIA) always having been firmly in control of JFBPG and its operations.
About 600 Americans are thought to live in Alice Springs. The town of Alice Springs is generally best known to most of the worldwide public who are even aware of its existence for its proximity to the remote outback tourist destination Ayers Rock. That rock should not be confused with the rock known from the book and movie and subsequent television mini-series "Picnic at Hanging Rock" about a day outing of Australian schoolgirls and their teacher gone horribly awry resulting in their disappearance on Valentine's Day 1900 in Hanging Rock, Victoria. That refers to a different Australian rock.
Unlike the events depicted in "Picnic at Hanging Rock" those detailed here concerning JDFPG are true and now known far and wide reportedly to the expected consternation of the United States due to Australia's insistence on the trial and "uncompromising prosecution of the protesters" that "have put a spotlight on the facility that the United States would prefer remain in the shadows." That preference of the United States was not accommodated by Australian authorities despite having been an apparently valid concern as the trials of the six pacifist Catholic antiwar trespassers at Alice Springs now has generated at least one front page New York Times article calling new and renewed attention to JDFPG including worldwide circulation of some base information and fairly detailed photographs of the facility (although further site construction is said now to be underway). This vast information and photographic worldwide public distribution concerning JDFPG presumably would have been impossible to accomplish even had it been the unlikely objective of the one trespassing pacifist Catholic antiwar protester also convicted of "possessing a photographic device."
In two separate incidents a few days apart in September 2016 first five Catholic "peace pilgrim" protesters were arrested together in a peace protest perimeter trespass with another later arrested making his own second peace protest perimeter trespass a few days later. The first five protesters arrested were tried together with the second single protester then tried separately in back-to-back trials attracting a modest group of antiwar protesters to the remote Alice Springs court location. The first five represented themselves at trial where Judge John Reeves denied them their argument that they were "acting in the defense of others." All six were convicted of entering a prohibited area which carries a maximum sentence of seven years in prison. The penalty for possessing a photographic device of which one was convicted was not specified in the New York Times article linked to below.
One peace activist defendant John Dowling of the pacifist Catholic Worker Movement who appeared at his trial barefoot said he had been arrested once previously for trespassing at the facility in 2005 and that his conviction had been overturned on appeal. Similarly in a brief review of protests at the facility in the relevant Wikipedia article linked to below it appears that in at least one past protest where other protesters were arrested and convicted of trespassing at the facility as to which prosecutors later appealed protesters' sentences of the mere assessment of relatively modest fines as inadequate punishment prompted the unintended result that the appellate court in that case instead overturned all protesters' convictions finding that the trial court had not permitted the protesters to raise allowable arguments at trial.

Tuesday, 14 November 2017, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Washington Post Monday, 13 November 2017article "All The Known Times The Trump Campaign Met With The Russians" linked to below details the at least 30 then known contacts established to date between members of the Trump campaign up to its highest levels at least some of which President Trump was actively aware despite Trump's earlier false public blanket denials about Russian contacts those contacts including some Russians now known to have been in direct contact with the Kremlin and/or Putin himself.
This accounting of Russian contacts was later acknowledged by Trump campaign members only after having been publicly revealed following all Trump campaign members' initial untruthful blanket denials of any Russian contacts. These denials include those notably by the longtime Trump campaign supporter racist disgrace senator now Attorney General Jeff Sessions who has been confirmed as the nation's highest law enforcement official despite having serially publicly perjured himself under oath to the Senate Judiciary Committee further perjuring himself when generously given opportunities to amend his untruthful answers including those in writing on the basis of the repeated fiction presumably that Sessions was not perjuring himself but just was confused when making sworn untrue denials each time he was questioned about Russians.
Senate Judiciary Chair Chuck Grassley (R-IA) has proven himself willing to abuse the power of his bought chairmanship of the committee intentionally to divert the Trump-Russia investigation from the truth at least as long as possible failing miserably in his duty to uphold but instead even potentially criminally obstructing justice and suborning treason and/or aiding and abetting sedition in the act of causing waste, fraud and abuse in the service of chasing transparently false diversionary narratives consistent with such like efforts concocted by other recognized compromised congressional Republicans reliably demonstrating fealty to party first over country in violation of their oaths to uphold and defend the United States Constitution.
Likewise Senator Grassley solely is to blame abusing his power to shield Sessions from prosecution for his clearly felonious sworn Senate perjury to date which fair-minded other members of the committee otherwise might be expected to pursue further without hesitation as Sessions meanwhile continues to do his best to avoid finding himself once again seated and publicly sworn before the committee even though Sessions undeservedly now has been handed the position of and is serving as U.S. Attorney General therefore is expected to make at least some appearances before the congressional committees overseeing the DOJ with some regularity and on demand.
As of 10 a.m. Tuesday, 14 November 2017 Sessions rather than testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee as was anticipated by the preceding introductory paragraph instead was publicly seated and sworn before the House Judiciary Committee with Chairman Goodlatte (R-VA) who by all appearances is at least as partisan in his position as Chairman Grassley of the Senate Judiciary Committee. It is more apparent from each subsequent testimony sitting of Sessions that his none-too-subtle technique attempting to obscure and obfuscate his repeated perjury is to adopt an aggressive posture of being confounded by straightforward questions burning up the limited time of congressional questioners without giving them any coherent answer while attacking them for expecting him to understand English under pressure and repeatedly turning for support to the chair in tired staged performances of outraged honor at being "rushed" thus unable to provide any coherent answer for which he might be further liable for prosecution for perjury.
Sessions presents as the sneaky stealth racist he is none too intelligent but well-practiced in his attempts at deception. The best and most just disposition for him would be some sort of proceeding following which if so adjudicated he end up in prison for his repeated felonious behavior with more doubtless yet to be committed and/or discovered as the case may be. There certainly is no place for Sessions anywhere in the U.S. Justice Department much less at its top position as he himself all too well knows.
The Washington Post as noted above has detailed the at least 30 Trump campaign members including then Senator Sessions who each individually having lied saying they had no contact with Russians now all have been forced to admit they in fact did have contact with Russians only after it was publicly revealed that each indeed did have these contacts. Their memory of such contacts having been "refreshed" they now acknowledge the contacts as detailed in the Washington Post ever-growing accounting to date in the Trump-Russia inquiry.
That listing itself however now has been overshadowed temporarily by the news that during the Trump campaign Donald Trump Jr. had secret correspondence with Wikileaks. That organization lauded and encouraged by Donald Trump in his campaign has since his confirmation as Trump's unfit CIA Director Mike "Hack" Pompeo now been described by the hack Pompeo as a "non-state hostile intelligence service often abetted by state actors like Russia" thus presumably another potential target in the United States seemingly ever-growing collection of wars without boundaries against threats and organizations rather than active combat against (in most cases) identified hostile countries. McCabe however gave testimony that corroborated Comey contemporaneous accounts to him of Trump (denied) demands for Comey's "loyalty" also consistent with contemporaneous notes that Comey prepared and as to which Comey subsequently testified before Congress. GOP members nevertheless tried to characterize McCabe's testimony incriminating Trump rather as evidence of FBI McCabe's misconduct consistent with Senate Judiciary Chair Grassley's ongoing attempts to have McCabe removed from the investigation consistent with Grassley's many unsuccessful diverse efforts to abuse his power to obstruct justice rather than fulfill his duty to further justice and honor his oath to the Constitution. Director Christopher Wray caught between direct Trump FBI attacks including on senior F.B.I. officials that served under the greatly respected by agents former Director James Comey and a right wing chorus ostensibly led at least in a feedback loop with old friend Trump by FOX (Trump TV) Judge Jeanine "119 mph" Pirro calling in the extreme for Special Counsel Mueller to be fired and asserting that "individuals" in the F.B.I. and Justice Department "need to be taken out in cuffs" particularly those seen as being closest to Comey's "circle" or more specifically likely to being closest to closing in on Trump and family or corroborating Trump's obstruction of justice but claimed to be on the basis of a tired succession of baseless attacks and on Director Wray's other side by F.B.I. agents who depend on Director Wray to defend them in especially in public attacks including those naming agents who have nothing to do with the matters of public interest and keep up morale and effective focus needing to see that Director Wray will "watch their backs" which entails his most carefully walking the line avoiding confrontation with Trump while not seen by agents as engaging in the wholesale discarding of longtime respected members of the F.B.I. management team while nevertheless making certain accommodations such as the earlier this week announced stepping down of F.B.I. General Counsel James A. Baker for reassignment with ongoing consideration of replacing the embattled Deputy Director Andrew G. McCabe whom agents although they greatly respect and support him accept that as a lightening rod of Republican accusations of bias as currently evidenced in congressional GOP initiated closed door committee hearings including because of his wife's 2015 unsuccessful political campaign as a Democrat with significant support coming from a PAC close to the perennial Trump favorite target Clintons that they need to accept that McCabe may need to be replaced as FBI deputy director by someone such as current F.B.I. no. 3 David L. Bowditch both well respected inside and not seen outside as within Mr. McCabe's "inner circle" best known for being the public face of the F.B.I. in California in the wake of the 2015 San Bernardino terrorist attack and believed not to be a controversial choice (at least at the moment as if he is picked to replace McCabe all bets are off).

Fatboy Mike by all accounts is confused in his mistaken belief that above all else his primary role in his post is that he must provide GOP political and/or legal cover for his boss and associates at any cost even as he largely neglects his actual imperative duties to address international cyberwarfare and threats to the U.S. 2018 election and any number of other grave national security dangers originating abroad of which Fatboy Mike likely has minimal understanding grow exponentially swirling around him as his boss allows Fatboy Mike's operatives of whose activities Fatboy Mike likely is clueless leaving them to run amok in virtually unchecked expansions of drone warfare and paramilitary activities and who knows what host of other misguided activities in places such as Afghanistan where the CIA already one would have thought had cemented a disastrous and costly enough history with Operation Cyclone and following disasters at least to keep the CIA away for a couple generations or so having accomplished less than nothing except the creation and arming of terrorist organizations which would come to threaten the United States globally with the CIA then not so covertly having to go back and unsuccessfully help fight against them and suffer most unfortunate staggering losses at the hands of the Taliban when the CIA now instead of re-engaging might have found some other area to infiltrate and support heroin or arms trafficking per usual to fund some new covert unauthorized mishaps.
Significantly Fatboy Mike specifically showed particular interest in and picked the CIA Counterintelligence Center as the one to report directly to him supposedly to control "leaks" and "misbehavior" which happens to be the group at the CIA most involved in the Trump-Russia counterintelligence investigation from the start after European allies brought suspicions to its attention as well as the CIA group supporting the FBI in the ongoing investigation. Finally Fatboy Mike's refusal to say whether Don Donald asked Fatboy Mike to try to shut down Comey on the Flynn matter is entirely unsurprising since to have admitted having done so would either have cast the heavy shadow of guilt on one or both of them for obstruction of justice. CIA spokesman Ryan Trapani's denial of any impropriety by Fatboy Mike as "ridiculous" immediately calls to mind the response of Vladimir Putin's all-round henchman and spokesman Dmitry Peskov's dismissal of any question as to any worngdoing at all ever by Putin or Russia similarly as either "ridiculous" or alternatively "absurd". In fact Donald Don personally could have recruited Fatboy Mike Pompeo's CIA spokesman Trapani for him from the Kremlin as the way the Trump-Russia investigations are progressing it would not be altogether surprising if Don Donald and associates had some sort of worker exchange program going with Putin and the Kremlin to overcome language barriers and facilitate any conspiracy.

Less than four in ten Americans , just 37%, now approve of Trump's presidential performance.
Similarly Trump has reached 59% "disapproval" with the "strong disapproval" of a full 50% of Americans of how Trump is doing his job. Though these latter figures are not much worse than Trump's ratings from this past summer they still now mark the lowest such ratings of his presidency.
