Zuckerboy And CIA Tools Facebook, Google and Twitter Lead Attack Of Viral Social Media Giants On Privacy Of American People

Wednesday, 12 December 2012, SAN FRANCISCO - Hardly a moment passes on North Korea's "atomic clock" that megalomaniac Zuckerboy at the helm (a la drunken sot Exxon Valdez Captain Hazelwood) of Facebook, or "Mugshot" as more popularly known in the so-called law "enforcement" community, and other viral social media cohort CIA-fronts Google, Twitter and lesser players in the war on Americans' fundamental privacy rights announce some new "privacy policies".
The Ninth Amendment's legal department scarcely is surprised to find these policies about as incomprehensible as impossible to decrypt when taken together as the latest "health" insurer "benefits" guide written exclusively by armies of hack two-bit lawyers with no healthcare knowledge whatsoever save further ripping off the American people for some mega-rich "health" insurer that dare not actually affix its name to the thousands of anonymous highrise towers insurance companies long have been known to own in downtown cities across the United States. (Hey Prudential, still own San Francisco's Embarcadero Center in a joint venture with the Rockefeller family?) That is, one is left with the overwhelming question (like T.S. Eliot), am I really getting something more here for my benefit, or am I actually losing even more rights and benefits at greater cost to me? The answer actually is not too difficult to predict at this point in the game.
The Ninth Amendment strongly recommends this above date's New York Times technology section to interested readers especially as rich in details of the latest hijinks of the viral media giants as well as many references to websites devoted to providing readers with free means of defeating at least some of the tracking mechanisms of these CIA tools. Needless to say the Ninth Amendment was horrified to see that even the once-venerable New York Times has joined the game of tracking its readers and in some cases merely visitors who do not even "click" on anything.
Readers are reminded to refrain from READING FREE UNLIMITED NEW YORK TIMES ARTICLES SIMPLY BY SETTING FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING" NOR SHOULD THAT TECHNIQUE NO LONGER WORK TO REFRAIN FROM PERFORMING SIMPLE SEARCHES SUCH AS "DEFEATING NEW YORK TIMES PAYWALL".
Because of the rich material especially made available in this above date's Times to find websites dedicated to protecting readers' privacy including with free adjustments to different browser settings, the Ninth Amendment in its recognition of the importance of getting this material to press for the benefit of interested readers below provides the link to the main "Facebook" article which should lead resourceful readers to many of the tips for defeating viral social media privacy invasion practices. If but one life is saved....

The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment submitted the following comment for publication in the digital edition of the above date's New York Times in response to the Times' request for comments on the linked preceding article. The comment later was published in the digital New York Times.

The editorial staff of the Ninth Amendment log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com expresses no surprise at the apparent complete ignorance of Facebook, Google and the rest of the "viral social media" crowd of CIA child tools in their continuing demonstration of complete ignorance of the Bill of Rights in general and here in particular fundamental privacy protections identified at least as long ago as Mr. Justice Douglas' identification of "penumbras" of fundamental privacy rights in his seminal opinion Griswold v. Connecticut. Probably as a result of most of these one-dimensional ill-educated techno-geeks having dropped out of Ivy League schools (those who got in them in the first place) long before receiving a well-rounded education and considering perhaps even graduating given the almighty allure of the dollar to megalomaniac Zuckerboy and his fellow viral social media cohorts. But shame on the New York Times for playing along including with this most dangerous game of tracking American citizens -- or has it forgotten so quickly what absolutely vital protections the United States Constitution afforded it in, among other things, in [sic] its complete protection by the United States Supreme Court from "prior restraint" in the Pentagon Papers case? As they say, what goes around comes around.

Idiot Texas Governor Rick Perry Flies Private Jets Courtesy Of "Poultry Kings" And Others In Return For Blatant Official Favors, Prepares For 2016 Comeback

Thursday, 6 December 2012, AUSTIN - The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment does wonder from time to time about the where and whatabouts of Idiot Texas Governor Rick "Payback" Perry since his historic presidential election campaign debacle later labelled by James Carville as the "worst" the Country had ever seen, ever. Readers may remember that when last heard from stomping back off to secede Texas from the U.S. again Idiot Perry was complaining that his loss was due either to a lack of sleep including his lunch-to-dinner naptime apparently handed down from his former boss preceding Governor Bush "little shrub", a leg which hurt, or maybe even both of those things at once.
His embarrassing placement of blame for his early withdrawal from the race within practically weeks of entering it as the apparent Republican frontrunner little known at the time would only foretell much more massively immature idiotic self-serving and immensely revealing statements of the final Republican candidates "Richboy" Romney and "Yes Man" Ryan who later lost the Country for the whole Republican party later blaming their landslide loss in what Romney at least apparently believed by a close call the result which he thought he had already purchased but for the nagging fact that the American people did not vote for either "Richboy Romney" or his ticket.
Readers please recall the Ninth Amendment's ritual reminder not to attempt to defeat the New York Times paywall by setting free Firefox Browsers to "Private Browsing" nor in the absence of that technique working executing a search  for something like "override New York Times paywall" nor definitely not by implementing one of many other simple techniques many of which involve deleting most of the URL (top address line) from Times pieces they are reading so as not to have their reading interrupted.
As for Idiot Texas Governor Rick "Payback" Perry he has since reingratiated himself with the majority of the American public by recently clarifying that in being the first known human to shoot a coyote in cold blood Perry used a laser-sighted handgun when he shot and killed from amongst the morning crowd of  his forced running-mates security detail, or perhaps better described as "large paid heavily armed entourage", who normally travel in force whenever he and his wife have made their "goodwill" trips separate (which can get really expensive for the Texas taxpayer) or together to drum up more of the tourist business swamping Texas from such such dangerous and exotic foreign lands as Japan and New York City (where Perry spent the entire day of his last gubernatorial victory in Texas promoting his book about "Spitting Up" when he was a boyscout and also how he promised he never-ever would run for the office of United States President like that scoundrel he used to work for and therefore only pretended he liked who would of course be former "President" George "little shrub" Bush, the guy who stole the Presidency but was too dumb to know he had done it.
The following Ninth Amendment editorial staff comment was written in response to an article on Perry's unprecedented use of private planes from executives and other rich people who want favors from him or more precisely the taxpayers of Texas. It is not known if this comment appearing directly below was or was not published amongst other readers whose comments were published in the digital New York Times of that date.

Comment Submitted By Big M On Behalf Of The Ninth Amendment Editorial Staff

How fitting that "poultry magnates" have "effectively" underwritten Rick Perry's use of, inter alia, corporate jets. Perry is one shrewd operator who realized long ago that to quit the "animal business" after making no better than C's and D's in his alleged Texas A&M college veterinary major was the only way Perry could ever "make it" with the "big boys". Perry figured out that selling out was the only way a guy of his "potential" could ever be flying around in planes rather than driving 30-year-old pick-up trucks that some relatives gave him to use for "coyote hunting" and leading boy scout expeditions for the rest of his life. Rick "Payback" Perry has long been followed in our Ninth Amendment log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com. Just like his hated boss George Bush (who no doubt reminds Perry just a wee bit too much of himself), Perry long ago would have been pegged as nothing but a lifelong loser were he not bailed out constantly in return a few small "favors" say, for example, his making a career of selling Texas to the highest bidder, including those who felt it had been a few too many months since the last innocent Texas inmate had been put to death by the State.

"...We Should Not Let It Eat Our Brains...." Professor Krugman Asserts In Times' Piece On Social Security And Medicare Reform Delusions

Friday, 16 November 2012, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - New York Times columnist Economics Nobel Prize winner Professor Paul Krugman blasting ignorant would-be reformers of Social Security and Medicare stunned the Ninth Amendment editorial board with his stark assertion that as to bipartisan misconceptions on these matters that "...we shouldn't let it eat our brains." Readers are reminded to refrain from reading FREE UNLIMITED TIMES' ARTICLES SIMPLY BY SETTING FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING" NOR USING OTHER MORE RECENT METHODS OF BYPASSING THE TIMES' PAYWALL BY USING SEARCH ENGINES TO DISCOVER OTHERS SUCH AS DELETING MOST OF THE URL (TOP ADDRESS LINE) OF TIMES' ARTICLES.       Ninth Amendment comments offered in response to Professor Krugman's strident admonitions were published in the Times' digital edition earlier today verbatim as follows. The link to Professor Krugman's piece appears directly beneath these ads for high-velocity slingshots and binoculars which are endorsed by neither Professor Krugman, the New York Times, nor the Ninth Amendment log. Although they apparently may be by Google which has established "affiliate" relationships with the advertisers. Please consult the ACLU as to any Second Amendment or other Constitutional protections afforded Americans' "right" to bear potentially dangerous or even deadly weapons without the concurrent existence of a domestic standing militia. These slingshots are not toys and should only be used only with responsible adult supervision. Always wear bona fide safety eye and wrist protection. Ninth Amendment readers presumably already are adequately familiar with the characteristics of binoculars.

Goodness, Professor Krugman, "... we shouldn't let it eat our brains."! The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com is heartened to see that you sure are not pulling any punches. Frankly we never even thought we ourselves might get that one in the Times, sir. But you without doubt are the man. You tell it like it is and have proven yourself dauntless beyond reproach to us and countless others. Thank you. Finally, is this the start of a run for the next United States Presidency after your fellow Nobel Laureate President Barack Obama, or do you have enough jobs already?

Former C.I.A. Chief General David H. Petraeus To Be Tapped Next U.S. Supreme Court Nominee Sources Claim

Friday, 16 November 2012, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Ninth Amendment's "Drained Swamp Bureau" preliminarily reports it has received unconfirmed anonymous communications apparently claiming growing Beltway rumors that former C.I.A. chief General David H. Petraeus, to testify today before the Senate and House Intelligence Committees with the prompting of Acting C.I.A. Director Cantor regarding the Benghazi, Libya tragedy with additional questioning regarding his admitted Patricia Broadwell adulterous affair, may well be next up for a presidential nomination to the first available United States Supreme Court seat, including that of Chief Justice should it become available.
Readers are reminded to avoid reading FREE UNLIMITED NEW YORK TIMES DIGITAL ARTICLES SIMPLY BY SETTING FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING" NOR SHOULD THAT NO LONGER WORK TO REFRAIN FROM USING SEARCH ENGINE QUERIES ON MOST RECENT TECHNIQUES SUCH AS DELETING MOST OF THE URL (TOP WEB ADDRESS LINE) OF TIMES' ARTICLES SIMILARLY TO BYPASS THE TIMES' PAYWALL.
Following Petraeus' former Afghanistan fiasco spending among other things days with top staff members criticizing Commander-In-Chief Obama to a Rolling Stone reporter, resulting in President Obama's promotion of him for unclear reasons to C.I.A. Director, and the General's most recent follies discrediting the Central Intelligence Agency where his computer password allegedly was taken verbatim from the name of his favorite childhood pet which is generally not recommended. A position on the Nation's high court is about the only career advancement available to him in the spirit of Joseph Heller's seminal Catch-22 when Captain Yossarian and others received medals for a pinpoint bombing of the ocean which would appear to be akin to a seat for General Petraeus on the Nation's high court provided that U.N Ambassador does not open up in the meantime.
Given for example Mr. Justice Clarence Thomas' surprisingly unexpected enduring tenure on the bench where he reportedly has never once directed a question to petitioners before the Court in oral argument, and a majority of his fellow colleagues appointed by Republicans who have mostly unfailingly voted exactly as expected along party lines, General Petraeus should be expected to serve with most distinguished relative abilities on today's United States Supreme Court. To the best of the Ninth Amendment's admittedly limited information Mr. Justice Petraeus would never previously have written or expressed any judicial opinion although his discretion and judgment would appear to speak for themselves.
Finallly the Ninth Amendment expresses its deep sorrow to the American diplomats selflessly serving the American people when murdered in Benghazi as well as to all their families and loved ones. May they rest in peace and their supreme sacrifice for the United States never be forgotten.

Losers Romney and Ryan Share Elitist Racism Blame Crushing 2012 Republican Defeat To Obama And Biden On "Gifts" To Win Votes Of Women, Black, Hispanic, All Minorities And Urban Areas, And The Poor

Thursday, 15 November 2012, LAS VEGAS - Republican Governors and loved ones flocked here like parasites to Fantasyland embodying all the delusions their dumped flagbearers "Richboy" Romney and "Clueless" Ryan held dear, to play the slots (except Idiot Texas Governor Rick "Payback" Perry reportedly barred from better casino floors due to probable liabilities from his apparent inability to comprehend this complex game) and plot their next major political foray. Exclusive Ninth Amendment sources report that Republicans are expected to announce a new strategy reportedly suggested by sage "Richboy" Romney whereby they focus their campaign efforts exclusively on only the TOP ONE-HALF OF THE TOP ONE PERCENT of voters, or rather, contributors.
Both "Richboy" Romney and "Clueless" Ryan in recent back-to-back days distinguished themselves among modern losing candidates with a curious "nail in the coffin" strategy of publicly blaming their loss (surprisingly accurately) on most American voters voting against them and also, in Romney's case, apparent alleged gifts for votes including a range of social services including health care, education, women's reproductive care and Government assistance for the underprivileged.
The Ninth Amendment reminds readers to avoid reading FREE UNLIMITED NEW YORK TIMES DIGITAL ARTICLES SIMPLY BY SETTING FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING" NOR SHOULD THAT NO LONGER WORK AVOIDING CONSULTING SEARCH ENGINES FOR NEWER METHODS SUCH AS DELETING MOST OF THE URL (ADDRESS LINE) ABOVE ARTICLES.
The following comments made by the Ninth Amendment editorial staff in response to two Times pieces regarding "Richboy" Romney's and "Clueless" Ryan's recent public statements exposing their absolute inability to accept their loss were published in digital editions of the New York Times in the past couple of days. Links to the Times pieces appear below the comments.

Mr. Romney we see from his ridiculous assertions today is most likely not a regular reader of the Ninth Amendment log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com. Had he been we would have hoped he had read our earlier post headlined with a simple concept he might have learned from the Beatles, had he ever listened to them. "Money Can't Buy Me Love." Copyright Apple Records. We trust that Times readers will do a fine job of decimating his sorry soul on the specifics as he is such an obviously easy target we decline even to say more.

CIA's "Ninja Librarians" Sift Your Trash As CIA Attempts to Catalog, Infiltrate, Incite "Occupy" Movement, Assassinate Leaders

Wednesday, 14 November 2012, McCLEAN,  VIRGINIA - The Ninth Amendment editorial staff awaiting readers of Little L's post on, among other things, the EXACT NUMBER of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson's suite at San Francisco's Seal Rock Inn which readers too may now reserve, shares with readers the following notes regarding the above subject matter in the title to this post.
The Ninth Amendment repeats its reminder to readers to avoid READING FREE UNLIMITED DIGITAL CONTENT OF THE NEW YORK TIMES SIMPLY BY SETTING FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING", NOR IN THE ABSENCE OF THAT TECHNIQUE WORKING DOING AN INTERNET SEARCH TO EASILY FIND SUCH NEW TECHNIQUES AS DELETING MOST OF THE URL (TOP INTERNET ADDRESS LINE) WHEN READING TIMES ARTICLES.
The following admittedly somewhat cryptic notes from the Ninth Amendment's local bureau which despite rumors is neither located in the petting zoo nor park proximate to CIA HQ, where most recent chief Petraeus had been busy thinking up a new password for his home computer, can be better understood by interested readers by consulting the below coupmedia link.
Please see the below page link to assess information regarding CIA involvement in Occupy Wall Street cataloging, infiltrating, possible assassination of leaders. D-R-A-F-T notes follow regarding the link to coupmedia and a partial overview of other ongoing Ninth Amendment log investigations which eager readers may themselves easily research further through simple techniques such as keyword searches (i.e. "Ninja Librarians").

-Unexposed CIA-Google links
-How to beat "search tracking"
-"Ninja librarians" aka CIA college-fresh agents in non-descript industrial park
-Social media reports on President Obama's Oval Office desk each a.m.

Monday, 12 November 2012, LAND'S END, SAN FRANCISCO - "When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro."  Dr. Hunter S. Thompson. Little L must be a Pro because according to the Ninth Amendment she really is Weird! Certain members of the Ninth Amendment editorial staff recently had a gonzo experience while dining at the "home away from home" of our most esteemed Dr. Hunter S. Thompson. Little L at the Seal Rock Inn used her well-honed investigatory reporting skills to uncover the exact suite in which Dr. Hunter S. Thompson stayed while writing some of his most notable pieces for Rolling Stone magazine and many of his related books which followed.
And what suite number would our Ninth Amendment readers request should they wish to retire in the very room where the venerable Dr. Thompson himself always made a point of staying while at Land's End in the City by the Bay? Well gentle readers would you think that the Ninth Amendment would ever withhold the truth from you? Readers themselves we trust will find the web address or the phone number of the Seal Rock Inn still owned by the same ownership should readers wish themselves to reserve (during San Francisco extended business hours) this still accessible piece of American Literary History.
Although we understand the cost to be quite reasonable by San Francisco standards the Ninth Amendment further understands that on-site parking may be limited. One is advised to treat with respect the ice machine and all of the Seal Rock Inn's accommodations and furnishings.  Mementos or souvenirs should only be acquired through legitimate means where available from private business owners.
Yes and by the way the Suite Number provided by the front desk is THREE-ZERO-FIVE, that is Suite 305.  This post is provided to readers without endorsement nor remuneration from the Seal Rock Inn.  Please treat this uniquely special opportunity with all due respect so that others may share it as well.  Little L reminds readers that should they be in search of either the most talented Bill Murray or Dr. Thompson's final close protege and friend fellow Kentucky native Johnny Depp that readers are on their own as to that.

Veterans' Day 2012, Money Cannot Buy Romney Love, Krugman Advises Obama Let Idiot Republicans Take Country "Over The Cliff", CIA Chief Petraeus Loses Another Job

Monday, 12 November 2012, VERSAILLES, FRANCE - A tribute first to our grandfathers (and our grandmothers back on the home front) of the Ninth Amendment editorial staff and global bureaus as well as the ancestors of all our readers and others spread the world over who survived the horrors of World War I so that surviving soldiers might emerge from the trenches on the eleventh second, of the eleventh minute, of the eleventh hour, of the eleventh day, of the eleventh month of 1919 to once again play soccer, see women in swimsuits and dresses, take jobs, raise families and hope that never again would peoplekind slip into the meaningless madness, of which the world first got a taste in the Boer War, of modern warfare.
This sadly of course was not to be the case as old men would continue for nearly the next century until this very moment to send more and more young men, and later women as well, to die and take a large part of the world's civilian population with them as well.  And so what was once known as Armistice Day was renamed by President Eisenhower "Veterans' Day" in acknowledgement of the failure of the United States to make that day the end of modern warfare but instead of the necessity of paying tribute to the millions more to die in conflicts which other than World War Two have never since been properly declared to be the wars which they really are as clearly required unequivocally by the Constitution. We pay tribute to all humankind suffering the agonies imposed upon them by a Government run amok.
Now to the hopes for the days ahead. Even as chanting and singing President Obama supporters awaited the President's live public appearance in celebration of his re-election to a second Presidential term with millions more waiting remotely for the President's appearance, all first awaited Minkmitten "Richboy" Romney's forced extraction by his campaign staff and hotel security from his "victory suite" so that Romney might first concede defeat. Although President Obama had prepared a concession speech just in case, Romney who perhaps had been watching too much FOX-TV had not.
The Ninth Amendment reminds readers to avoid READING UNLIMITED NEW YORK TIMES DIGITAL CONTENT SIMPLY BY SETTING READERS' FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING". READERS WHO FIND THIS TECHNIQUE UNWORKABLE ARE REMINDED TO AVOID OTHER TECHNIQUES READILY SEARCHABLE ON VARIOUS SEARCH ENGINES.
Mitt Romney whose seven-year quest for the Presidency has ended in a sound defeat by the American people can now return to hiding his tax returns from the public eye lest they see the hundreds of millions of dollars of "passive income" on which he scrapes by without having to work and, hopefully, never again pay any significant taxes. It would appear the only hope now of the Republicans is to take the country "over the cliff" or have the United States Supreme Court attempt to insure future "victories" through reversal of the protections of democracy afforded by section five of the 1965 Voting Rights Act.
Next post to be Little L's visit to San Francisco's Land's End at the Seal Rock Inn, Dr. Hunter S. Thompson's "home away from home" in Woody Creek Colorado, including his favorite room where readers so inclined may themselves now also stay. God Bless America.

OBAMA PROJECTED TO WIN RE-ELECTION OVER ROMNEY

Tuesday, 6 November 2012, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The New York Times reported moments ago all networks projecting that President Barack Obama has won a second term as President of the United States of America beating Republican Mitt Romney. Roughly half of independent voters stated that former  Republican "President" George "little shrub" W. Bush whose campaign staged a coup d'etat culminating with the United States Supreme Court's Bush v. Gore decision in 2000 should be held responsible for America's economic problems since then. God Bless America.
