Sunday, 25 May 2014, AUSTIN, TX - Republicans' corrupt sexist candidate for Texas governor present sitting GOP Texas Attorney General Greg "Dark Money" aka "Payday" Abbott the woman "I own your body" hater today has been exposed as awash in nearly $1 million in bribes in the form of "campaign donations" over the past decade by just six rich law firms "whose financial interest he is ruling on" according to Texans for Public Justice not to mention who knows how many other "Payday" loan usurers and so on including over one-fifth of $1 million in the present 2012-2013 campaign cycle. The six law firms include a nationally known Washington, D.C. based law firm nearly leading the group in donation amounts.
Republican Abbott reportedly is known to at least one of these firms as "the General". The General's campaign did not deny but dismissed the what effectively were bribes throughout his more than decade-long tenure in his present public office as inconsequential because they only involved such non-judgmental matters as "legal determinations" which characterization should no doubt be of interest to actual courts of law should Abbott ever happen to be prosecuted for anything. His campaign apparently is unaware that in such matters as often criminal conflicts of interest the standard need not even be actual but only have the "appearance of impropriety" to be equally eligible for punishment.
Presumably if the exposure of this information is of such casual lack of concern one can only imagine what misdeeds and/or criminal behavior of his might be of any concern to his campaign as he certainly demonstrates daily his bona fides for taking over the state's governorship from Texas' career Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry whose handlers presumably still again have aspirations between lapses in his brain dead condition for him to be President of the United States where he presumably would be in the best position to cause real concern to the world community by threatening to have the United States secede from itself amongst other idiotic pronouncements buttressing his already well-known complete lack of familiarity with the functions of the executive branch of the United States government such as it Department of Energy which it no doubt would surprise Perry does not just subsidize wacko windmills but actually assembles the nuclear components of weapons hopefully to help insure the nation's security.
With the question looming larger on whether Abbott the General can actually be elected from behind prison bars to be the next governor of Texas (which no doubt is no more than a rote "legal determination" requiring no judgment or discretion so he actually can readily himself spit forth the answer which would of course be "sure") so that he presumably could follow the Republican playbook of pardoning Perry from all pending state (but not federal) criminal charges at the time and continue to blaze the path of destruction to the Great Lone Star state and all true honest hardworking Texans championed by his GOP mentor Perry. Rather than wasting more space on the latest misdeeds of Texas' Republican criminal crop of candidates here interested readers are referred to the excellent investigative report today exposing Abbott the General's most egregious known activity to date via the link below.
Unfortunately the San Antonio Express-News digital edition has buried the fine work of reporters David Saleh Rauf and Peggy Fikac such that even on finding this link readers further are given only the rather innocuous first paragraph of the lengthy report as the paper apparently prefers to highlight stories on how Republican Abbott the General's Democratic opponent Wendy Davis tried to restrict access to forty ounce beers in her hometown and another story attempting to distance Republican Abbott from the "disgusting" posters of the Wendy Davis "Abortion Barbie" reported on here in the previous post. The Ninth Amendment editorial board is confident that interested resourceful readers will succeed however in themselves accessing any other facts they may seek and draw their own conclusions.

Surprisingly Abbott's campaign whose first secretly-connected PAC was named "Boats 'n Hoes" to make Texas Attorney General "Payday" aka "Dark Money" Abbott's opinion of his female opponent and all Texas women unambiguous in case anybody was confused on that issue reportedly has denied any connection whatsoever to the extremely mysterious appearance of the postings. Presumably the Attorney General would refrain either from personally, having at his direction, conspiring or with knowledge aforethought or after the fact in any way be involved with an illegal activity (unlike present Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry) such as posting this arguably offensive and somewhat unprofessional material on public property where it would be plainly visible to persons such as schoolchildren, churchgoers, Republican dark money "donors", payday and title loan store, and short-term loan bank owners and so on.
Later reports are rumored to have been circulated by Abbott's campaign that allegations connecting Texas' highest elected legal official Abbott to the postings in public communications sent out earlier from Ms. Davis' campaign headquarters such as that below are blatant unfounded lies with Abbott's campaign instead pointing the finger at a reported confession by what has been described as a possibly elderly senile demented unwell Texas woman who commissioned the postings by a Los Angeles street artist for personal reasons.

Thursday, 22 May 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Ninth Amendment editorial board in the spirit of "sharing" or readers please pick a favorite noun (pronouns, adjectives and adverbs may not work too well) now that about nine out of ten pieces of "personal" correspondence the Ninth Amendment receives per hour are Democratic Party pleas for money those in the United States or foreign citizens living in foreign countries who for some reason have not yet made those Democrats' solicitation lists drawn from party registrations, past contributions or pledges, or presumably any reason whatsoever to hope such persons may give that Democratic Party money, well the editorial board hypothesizes that such left out "non-grassroots" readers may wish and indeed deserve their own actual authentic such Democratic Party solicitation.

In case the GOP should lose the handful of really rich people and maverick geniuses buying the U.S. Government for those Republican candidates like Texas' brand new Superstupid McCarthyite Tea Partier Ted Cruz (the GOP's secret weapon currently "handling" U.S. foreign policy which he has for some reason identified as his clear mandate as a new junior senator to try his hand at solo in Ukraine presumably to see if his first success can be single-handed to goad Putin into another Cold War or just go for it and start World War Three and show the world that all this stuff U.S. taxpayers have bought from "defense contractors" for so long can pass the big test) those Republicans may want to copy those Democrats' "grassroots" funding techniques if they work some and the GOP has little other choice. We believe the strategy basically goes like the following with all those Democratic solicitations for money mentioned above and the free real one below.
Say hypothetically those Democrats have a huge pile of e-mail addresses which formerly may not even have been thought worthwhile prospects because they (actually the people at the addresses) vote in their own countries (where elections are available) or if in the United States have records of apparent Republican support, e.g. former not-really-elected "President" George W. Bush. But considering there is little downside why not throw even him the "Hail Mary" bomb and shoot him a couple thousand e-mails as he may make a big donation by mistake or change his mind and become a Democrat based on a particularly compelling plea or just because he hates being in the same party as Dick "Pigheart" Cheney as much he dislikes his former lieutenant Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry and maybe fears apocalypse should Perry like him become "President" by another sneaky obvious Republican coup even if Perry is imprisoned at the time.
As for the foreign e-mails to foreign citizens, well who knows? Again what is the downside as for all those Democrats know they may have a bunch of absentee U.S. ballots lying around that the Democrats sent to them because that is how those Republicans do it and because they seemed like they might want to get a shot at the U.S. trough even if they were citizens of the wrong country, or maybe they even have a warehouse of dead people's ballots because the C.I.A. screwed up rigging some country's "democratic" election and got its countries mixed-up. It happens.
Then there is always the chance of some really evil very lucrative even more than top secret type of "deal with the devil" where there is a covered stadium full of pallets of ballots that all the locals know about which mean it was some kind of operation not really appropriate for actual United States Government employees that then could only be the brainchild of Dick "Pigheart" Cheney hiring out one of his contractor-type companies made up of mercenaries, "early-released" deathrow felons, murderers, dishonorably discharged criminally insane military snipers all with some name like Halliburton, Blackdeath, Wastewater, or the latest one Academia or whatever, finally having "got it" when doing the periodic name change after the latest atrocity that an image change to go along with it probably would not be a bad idea. Kind of like Perry.
If that last one did turn out to be a real scenario then the Republican fundraisers would really be in luck and the good kind at that as Cheney was a Republican at least when he was Vice-President (he sure did live up to the name of that position). Yes that is the ticket just lower the pallets of hundred dollar bills first and then the ballots. One just never really knows the true vagaries of the magic of the democratic process. At all. With the worst doubtless yet to come, and come, and come.
Unfortunately for this gang of thieves and fools the rather ill-concealed cronyism of which Perry actually boasted, corruption permeating all levels of state government touched by Perry's seemingly interminable governorship, and doubtless near-countless as yet untold but soon to be discovered misdeeds, improper motives, criminal acts and conspiracies can be expected to result with many GOP sycophants either ratting each other out and/or inevitably finding their way to new long "terms" but this time behind prison bars with significantly less pay and zero good true hard-working Texans' Lone Star state tax dollars to waste, misuse and steal.
Those Perryites who find themselves at the bottom of the Republican-on-Republican food chain feeding frenzy may be best advised to get down on their knees and pray if so inclined (with someone other than Idiot Perry the "Zero Million Ninety Dollar Man" doing his phony preaching) that all time spent in the enforced "care and feeding" of the State be spent behind federal rather than Texas state prison bars for reasons previously reported upon in earlier posts here in the Ninth Amendment.

The present routine accepted protocol in the United States when any individual objects upon discovering what even obviously is their "private" personal information readily accessible by links to other Internet sources is that the individual has no recourse against Google any other search engine nor computer application functioning in that capacity may only request the individual or entity who established the link remove it. However in the case at hand brought to the European Justice Court by a Spanish lawyer who tried to get monster Google to remove links to decades-old online newspaper accounts of his ancient personal tax and debt difficulties Europe's highest court issued its ruling that Google itself and other outfits like it must remove such personal data links when requested by the violated individuals.
Lawyers for Google presumably advised by their able "shadow" legal advisers at the United States' malignant growth of national security agencies, outfits, contractors and whatever other unconstitutional enterprises proliferate daily under hypocrite President Barack "Transparency" Obama (all election-year promises to the contrary ignored) doubtless whined, cajoled, threatened and spooked the Court about the risks, dangers and so on of hiring, dealing with, talking to, looking at and what-all of persons who might be harboring something such as undisclosed poor dental habits (despite peoplekind's somehow managing to get by without this type of information of every one of their neighbors for the entire history of the human race until about the past couple decades) until the Coourt's gavel slammed down, and the lawyers told to shut up. Happily for Republican sycophants unable to secure high-paying do-nothing sweetheart appointments paid for by the sweat and blood of true hard-working Texans instead of being forced back to the mercy of unemployment and other social programs they have slashed, in the wake of widespread Democratic victories this fall in the Lone Star state these corrupt Republican parasites may be able to lock in high-paying "academic" positions for which they are manifestly unsuited but presumably difficult to remove.

The complaint filed by "fellow" Republican state representative Dan Branch, R-Dallas, would seem to confirm predictions that in the wake of Utah's Republican-on-Republican feeding frenzy that similar sordid dynamics, resulting in the resignation of the Utah Attorney General, could now have shifted to the wide-open Texas corruption scandals invited by lame-duck Idiot Texas Governor Rick "Payback" Perry who last year vetoed a bill passed by the Texas legislature to expose "dark money" interests.

Texas Rejects Federal Prison Rape Standards As Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry Refuses Certification Of State Prisons
Thursday, 1 May 2014, AUSTIN, TEXAS - Should some of our readers find dwelling on prisoner-on-prisoner rape including that of youths hard to stomach, these readers are assured it is not pleasant to have to report. Regardless of what the The Ninth Amendment editorial board and some others may think of what a society (in this case the people of state of Texas) presumably sees as just punishments including any expected resultant suffering from due process of law as set forth in the United States and state constitutions, we find deplorable conditions which reasonably may be avoided that can be expected to inflict further suffering even worse than the original punishment while in the State's custody to be repugnant to fundamental principles of justice and humanity.
Texas Idiot Lame-Duck Governor Rick "Payback" Perry last week at least briefly turned his attention to the state he governs long enough to refuse Texas' certification that it meets minimum federal prison standards to reduce prisoner-on-prisoner rapes including segregation of 17-year-old youths sentenced as adults from adult prison populations.
