Cuba "Terror" State Status Today May Be Lifted By U.S. And Diplomatic Relations Restored As Nations Meet At Summit Of The Americas In Panama

     Friday, 10 April 2015, HAVANA - History may be in the making even as United States President Barack Obama and Cuban President Raul Castro plan to meet in coming days at the Panama Summit of the Americas beginning today already U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez now are meeting in Panama behind closed doors in the highest level meetings between the U.S. and Cuba in nearly half a century.
