9/11 Attacks CIA Failed To Prevent Due To Lack Of "Comprehensive Plan" Concludes 2005 CIA Investigator General Report Released After CIA Failed To Adapt Use Of Resources Better To Accomplish Mission Instead Again Wasted Them To "Delay, Obfuscate And Interfere Especially With Overseers" The Standard CIA "Culture" Repeated By CIA Relentlessly Harassing I.G. With "Routine Blanket Denials" Stalling The I.G. 2005 Report Finding That CIA "Failed To Prevent" 9/11 Attacks Due To CIA Ineptitude Notably Lack Of Any CIA "Comprehensive Plan" Delayed Public Release 10 Years - Now Available

REPUBLICATION: CIA FAILS TO PREVENT 9/11 ATTACKS DELAYS 2005 I.G. REPORT 10 YEARS

Saturday, 13 June 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The official federal government finding in the C.I.A. Inspector General 2005 Report (the "Report") that the ineptitude of the C.I.A. failed to prevent the success of the 9/11 attacks principally evidenced by the C.I.A.'s lack of any "comprehensive plan" to prevent such terrorist attacks among other C.I.A. serious shortcomings in preparedness which also may have contributed to the C.I.A.'s failure to prevent the 9/11 attacks' success finally after ten years of C.I.A. interference with the preparation and public release of the 2005 Report reviewing the C.I.A. finally now has been revealed officially available to the public in the ten-page Report released this past week.
As reported in the Reuters article which interested readers can go to at the first link below C.I.A top officials fought bitterly among themselves and others outside the C.I.A about the contents of the Report. CIA Director George Tenet complained bitterly in a written response attacking the I.G. about the draft 2005 report although Tenet had no authority over the I.G. reviewing his Agency nor the Report's preparation and release. This made his attempts to influence its final release presumably inappropriate and improper not to mention illegal as attempted intimidation and/or interference of those tasked by law with and engaged in investigative oversight reporting of his Agency's performance.
These C.I.A. attacks including against what is supposed to be the "independent" Inspector General's Office continued unabated as detailed in the Reuters article at the first link below including through another 2007 contentious memo draft 2005 report "partial" public disclosure. All this rancor has continued the utter waste and abuse by the C.I.A. including diverting U.S. government resources meaning taxpayers' money once again attempting to obscure and cover up the truth about yet another instance of C.I.A. monumental failure of historic proportions including through constant unfounded denial (the C.I.A. creed being "plausible deniability" to both the public presumably as well as those above it) ceaselessly trying both to diminish recent and current catastrophic C.I.A. actions while simultaneously scheming to recast whenever plausible the history of C.I.A. disastrous actions as ones of no less than heroic proportions. Here such textbook C.I.A. entirely detrimental to U.S. interests fraudulent, wasteful interference with the Inspector General has continued reportedly right up to the Report's ten-year-delayed public release release
In any case although the Ninth Amendment is committed to covering the CIA in all the glory of the Agency fits turning attacks at its own internal oversight IG when in fact the obscured vital point is that the C.I.A. allowed the horror of 9/11 to occur by its own ineptitude just as when it pulled all its familiar underhanded and crybaby stunts with the Senate CIA Torture Panel going so far as to commit cyberattacks on Senate computers while simultaneously formally lodging false claims with the Justice Department outright lying that the Senate Interns were doing to CIA computers exactly that which the  CIA in fact was doing to the Interns' Senate Computers.
All of which is rather tedious in its predictability as the CIA eventually after lying about all it could for years until caught then used its usual means of covering up its first lie with another but finally the CIA had to write a formal written apology to the Senate (100 times on the blackboard) for lying, invading the Senate's computers, making false accusations, whining in every way possible, threatening, lying again all finally followed by it's usual "okay already, we are sorry we did do it " letter which is very nice except in the end all the smokescreen garbage as planned obscured the point that the Senate Torture Report concluded that torture war crimes against humanity where committed for which members of the Bush-Cheney administration as well as CIA officials should therefore by criminally nationally and internationally prosecuted but have as one year's release not a single one been charged with crimes up to murder including those for which they face lifelong prosecution and incarceration worldwide.
Those readers interested in the CIA's years of bitterly complaining and intruding into what should have been the Independent investigation report will find the usual CIA antics of insanely needing to know every detail of what is being written about the CIA immediately without regard for any impropriety of not only letting alone others who supposedly have independent oversight responsibilities but completely intruding into and trying to control their work, their writing and their conclusions. The Ninth Amendment editorial board obviously believes such intrusiveness by the CIA or any agency of those who have oversight responsibilities is outrageous and gravely dangerous in more ways than one which is probably why it encompasses obstruction of justice and other crimes,
Yes the CIA due to a lack of any comprehensive plan among other things is responsible for the success of the terrorist attacks on 9/11. It is unfortunate that rather than focusing on improvements at the CIA that in fact must be the biggest issue as Reuters put it succinctly that the past ten plus years many have instead been most engaged by their concern that "[a]t stake in the years-long dispute are the legacies of former top CIA officials and the agency itself." In other words rather than finding the truth they want to write their own history and apparently are more than willing to attempt to force their narrative into the one of what really occurred." From medieval torturers to heroes in a mere memoir.
