     UPDATE:  Thursday, 7 January 2016, The Dutch government has no plans for "restrictive regulatory plans" on encryption justice minister And van der Seur has announced following the lead of the United States White House which has said "no" to encryption keys rejecting the persistent insistent attempted manufactured public hysteria of lying disingenuous sleazeball FBI Director James' Comey for such keys his own worst enemy claiming of the FBI that "we are not some kind of maniacs" (other than with a New York FBI office infected with maniacal right-wing Donald Trump supporters) in the face of FBI failures repeatedly demonstrating shocking ineptitude in preventing or effectively responding to cyberattacks on U.S. government, business and banking among other U.S. institutions keys or no keys.  Meanwhile the NSA's partner in crime long sharing illegally obtained surveillance information with it the UK's GCHQ in its continuing quest to make "privacy" an archaic term is pushing for a wide-ranging bill encompassing "key" and other requirements popularly known in the UK as the "Snooper's Charter".
