IMPROVED Ninth Amendment Coming! President Obama Guts Clean Air Act, Embraces Bush-Republican Air Emission Levels, Abandons Supporters

Friday, 2 September 2011, WASHINGTON, D.C. -  This comment largely was published earlier in the New York Times digital edition. The Ninth Amendment reminds readers that they should not READ UNLIMITED NEW YORK TIMES DIGITAL CONTENT WITHOUT PAYING SIMPLY BY SETTING READERS' FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING". Please note today's Ninth Amendment post again features a new look with the same content readers have grown to love in this and all their favorite posts to date. This marks a milestone reminding readers that big improvements imminently are on the way with new features, professional presentations (which today's is NOT), and advertising benefiting this log rather than Google which will enable the Ninth Amendment to greatly expand global bureaus and content.
Why do the real Republican 2% or less "super-rich" even now need their own candidate for the 2012 elections? They have President Barack Obama. The Ninth Amendment at hereby makes its final prediction for Obama's slaughter in the upcoming Presidential race. President Obama once again amazes his former supporters by mindlessly embracing the worst policies in just about the last area, the environment, that might have gotten Obama re-elected after the enormous gift Obama was handed by the debacle of former non-elected "President" George the "little shrub" puppet Bush.
Obama's stupefying descent in every area which garnered him support to win the 2008 election now is complete. (Although we can see now Obama and his staff will conjure up even MORE capitulations to his Republican cronies than we yet can imagine, as he meticulously follows his new Republican friends' "guidance" on how not to alienate their miniscule voting block.) Perhaps confused by the 1960 JFK "miracle" in Chicago against Nixon, maybe at least ONE Obama actual adviser before fleeing town might have had the decency to inform Obama that not even Headquarters Chicago can create that many votes for Obama now, as it would require more dead "voters" in Cook County than the rest of the country put together.
An amazing accomplishment, President Obama now has destroyed the last of his hopes for 2012. Unless, of course, Obama and his staff are shooting for the last of the crumbs they may have left, such as who gets to ghost-write Perry's next book on, God knows what. Obama we are told was well-educated in the "latter years", there just appears to be an enormous gap during the decades before when he was we guess outside smoking. Obama very well has done it now. Obama Achieves the Impossible - Worse President than Bush (Take Your Pick)

Sunday, 4, September 2011- Oh, President Obama, you told us on your knee the shame stealing from your grandma's purse to smoke a little this, a little that. You were selfish, you told America. Well, we too are ashamed of you, and here at The Ninth Amendment we are so sick and tired of being so sick and tired of your latest position after the last where you promised us you had so abhorred the Bush Administration as you ran to be the President who had, ideals?
It is very damn sad to all of us who put our hope and faith with you as you cleverly pretended you knew right from wrong, which wrong to the worst degree Bush fed us up to our eyes. Right, just as the 2% of Republicans had wanted it, the people were walking dead by 2008 in total ignorance and poverty home and abroad while the U.S. Government did as it damn well pleased amongst an electorate who could only "read" the ads on Fox News. (As you wish, Mr. non-elected "President" the "little shrub" Bush and your idiot progeny Kickback Perry.)
President Obama, now we understand your environmental "Keystone" record, your continuing Bush wars, plus your new, improved one in Libya, your phony fight in the "War on Drugs". And you SAID you knew better, that people need treatment NOT corrupt useless massive expense to our pocketbooks and the destruction of our Constitution. Then Obama you went straight on and adopted the Bush "drug strategy" (ha, ha) taking his useless budget hook, line and sinker to further empower the international drug criminal organizations, your bailing out the banks, and so many other sickening horrible disappointments you turned out to be to all of us who wanted our hope back for this country so badly.
You have just proven one horrible shame after another for the people who really BELIEVED in you. You are the worst. You had the ability to tell and to do right from wrong, and you chose to do wrong. Back to your crime cronies in Chicago. "Kickback" Perry and "If I only had a brain " Palin in 2012. American apocalypse in 2013. Obama in the history books.

Petraeus, Peaches, and Rotten Banana Covert President Obamas

Thursday, 1 September 2011, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Ninth Amendment yes of course reminds our readers to refrain from reading unlimited New York Times digital content simply by setting readers' Firefox browsers to "Private Browsing". Excuse us by not knowing when, if, or ever our comments will be published in the New York Times, we reproduce them often in significant part here. Please someone tell President Obama to Wake Up!

The Ninth Amendment Submitted Comment. Please only recommend it if you really wish to recommend it. We cannot recommend everything we write becuase most of it we do not understand. Soon, however, the New, Improved Ninth Amendment log will burst forth onto the internet with new format, style, content, features, including the much-heralded "Bad Advice for Romancing the Opposite (or the same) sex and anyone else that shows up at the party!".

Fear not the disappearance of the never forgotten thoughtful political posts, the backbone of our readership, the content fearlessly bringing the bright shining beacon of the truth to you, or at least the lost American tradition of political satire to you and your pet. Forever the legacy honoring as best we can the greatness and absolutely unique American voice of the lines of our lasting yet humble tribute of that great American writer Dr. Hunter S. Thompson to you as best we can.

The editors and global bureaus of the Ninth Amendment expect that many confused Times readers who also visit here (except Roamin' Noam Chomsky who already knows everything) are milling over this Times' "peaches, peaches, peaches" legacy from the United States Military Academy. The Ninth Amendment is totally remiss failing to keep this "intelligence" fresh in our readers' minds as they buy the Petraeus counterinsurgency saga at the Dollar Store.

The Truth is (never trust anyone who says THAT) is that "peaches, peaches, peaches" had a bummer crop when Petraeus was ordered to slip in on the scene riding an old banana peel that was really the devilchild of the Central Intelligence Agency's "rotten bananas, bananas, bananas" chant. It erupted through the halls and cubby holes in Mclean and secret CIA worldwide torture prisons upon the historically unpredicted knocking of "Alone Again Naturally" and "My Ding-A-Ling" right feom Radio CIA's top ten charts.

Except known by Noam Chomsky who refuses to listen to NPR much less Radio CIA, except Click and Clack. Such a hard choice Patraeus made for himself, the CIA or go military, desk, gun, desk, gun, big bomb, big drone, bug drone, but no! Now Obama's final "inexplicable" withholding of the position of Big Fruit in the Sky, Chairguy of the Joints Chiefs of Laugh.

So what DOES Obama owe that other guy back in Cook County? Do not worry, Obama will tell all in his 2012 Autobiography "Could've, Would've, Should've - The Man Who Might Have Been.". Anyway, we would like to thank General Petraeus for suggesting the best man for the CIA, that is, for himself General Petraeus. Better than all those terrible people we would rather never name, like Bush. "Payback" Perry and "Where Did I Leave My Brain" Palin in 2012. American Apocalypse in 2013.

New York Times Belatedly "Discovers" Payback Perry is A Common Criminal

Thursday, 25 August 2011, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - The editors and global staff of the Ninth Amendment remind READERS THAT IT IS WRONG TO BYPASS THE NEW YORK TIMES SUPER-SPIFFY MULTI-MILION DOLLAR PAYWALL AND ENJOY UNLIMITED FREE READING OF THE DIGITAL NEW YORK TIMES SIMPLY BY SETTING READERS' FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING".
The Ninth Amendment has reviewed a cursory summary of the criminal transparent payback corruption of Texas Governor Payback Rick "Six-Shooter" Perry and his aides for nothing more than big piles of cash. Accordingly the Ninth Amendment editors and staff feel that it continues to be necessary largely to recap its comments to the Times as we are without knowledge whether they will be digitally published by the Times.
It is by no means merely the Payback Perry corruption so belatedly reported in the Times now, but the fact is that if any entity has the resources to uncover less obvious but potentially much more serious wrongdoing it is the Times and the Obama Administration's executive enforcement agencies which should be working overtime. Since many of Payback Perry's patronage jobs fall within Texas state law enforcement, a federal agency with leads generated by well-funded press organizations should be taking immediate action to uncover further probable wrongdoing. This in all likelihood could turn out to be equally obvious when uncovered and subject Payback Perry and his organization to very serious penalties indeed.
Obviously such an individual would be completely unfit to serve as President of the United States in 2012, especially if he or she were, for example, in solitary confinement. Disclosures and prosecutions when completed BEFORE Payback Perry might be "elected" with perhaps Ms. Palin as, Lord forbid, Vice-President would deny her the opportunity to serve as Vice-President due to the voters ignorance, then proudly take here mantle as replacement President and immediately pardon Payback Perry a la Nixon-Ford. The Ninth Amendment comment to the Times follows.

Comment

The editors and global staff of the Ninth Amendment log are gratified The New York Times has FINALLY awoken from its slumber regarding Texas Governor Payback Rick Perry. "Six-shooter" Perry is the man who would be animal husbander (in the words of Tom Lehrer) had he not found a MUCH more lucrative route to "financial independence" (yeah, right) by first going into politics as a Democrat and then changing to a Republican, "ka-ching".
Perry could care less what he is, but readers are URGED to review this information from two years of our posts in some easy reading, and the Times better move FAST to expose Perry for the criminal he is. ( See "Horseshoe Bay"). Payback Pery refused to delay a Texas inmate's execution for a brief period when strong new evidence supported a very good likelihod that Texas would and did kill the WRONG MAN solely because Perry's handlers told Perry delay from the usual two-in-a-day Texas executions would hurt his chances in an upcoming election.
Perry despite his copious retinue of security personnel also himself shot and killed a coyote that he claimed "threatened him". Upon an aide's reading from a newspaper that no coyote in North America had EVER threatened a human, Perry quickly changed his story to clarify that actually the coyote had threatened his DOG. In a year of preaching and taking in over one million dollars Perry himself reported $93 in annual church contributions perhaps (but unlikely) in remorse over his cold-blooded muders.
Despite his own oral account of his self-proclaimed success as a Boy Scout, Perry completely lacks moral or any other kind of remotely "good" character. The man has nothing at all except criminal proceeds and an abiding love of himself. The Times if it has any self-respect left should be the newspaper of record to see that Payback Perry spends the 2012 election incarcerated entirely on the basis of FEDERAL INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION since he is in bed now with other Texas and nearby state office holders, enforcement officials and powerful business leaders. The last thing one wants to do is highlight any Payback Perry criminal issue with them since that merely is sending in the fox to guard the henhouse.

Libya Chaotic Descent into Iraqi-Type Hell Continues - Obama Sleeps - Col. Qadaffi Nowhere to be Found

Wednesday, 24 August 2011, TRIPOLI - The Ninth Amendment discourages READERS FROM CIRCUMVENTING THE NEW YORK TIMES SPIFFY PAYWALL TO READ UNLIMITED TIMES DIGITAL CONTENT SIMPLY BY READERS SETTING THEIR FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING". The Ninth Amendment's apologies to Times readers who have previously seen some of these recent Ninth Amendment postings when the Times has decided to include them, which we are unable to predict. The editors and global staff of this log have decided that in the wake of the growing disenchantment with President Obama in any case, he better be aware that this situation could be his death knell.

Just as predicted here at the Ninth Amendment log the show in Libya only worsens. We warned yesterday that President Obama must get off the Vineyard and into some SERIOUS action with KNOWLEDGEABLE people to manage a transition in Libya, or we will see Iraq playing out scene by scene once again just as un-elected  "President" George "little shrub" Bush flew his "Mission Accomplished" banner then got the hell out of there.
The shameful US incompetents who eventually showed up in Iraq with zero country-rebuilding experience quickly managed then with three orders to proceed to fully descend Iraq into chaos and disaster. If President Obama were still "experimenting with drugs" and "learning he was selfish" during the post-Iraq invasion, he better take in some recent history real fast and wake up NOW! President Obama, we warned you yesterday, you are setting yourself up for getting your clock cleaned in 2012.
Look at the Times, the Ninth Amendment log was off we are afraid in comparing this to post-US destruction Iraq. This promises to be MUCH WORSE. We predicted it, the looting, the burning, kids including plain civilians making off with armories and records and carrying away huge new machine guns. And we have nobody on the ground, except maybe a few CIA agents, special forces, Cheney black death contractors doing Lord knows what, and trapped reporters.
Certainly the US is establishing no order before TOTAL CHAOS descends. And one more thing, the NATO commander says he has "no idea" where Colonel Qaddafi even is - oh, this is looking EVEN better than Iraq now, where we at least had SOME forces on the ground and actually caught and hung Saddam Hussein in a military monkey trial for not being our "lapdog" anymore
Well, judging by that statue the Times has shown us 100 times of Reagan's jet being crushed in 1986, we will not have a lap dog on the loose here, just say, let us guess, a very ugly NEW civil war. Perry-Palin in 2012. American Apocalypse in 2013.

The New York Times Worthless Libya Analysis - Obama in Trouble as Libya Sinks Into Chaos

Col. Moammar el-Qaddafi copyright New York Times

Tuesday, 23 August 2011, TRIPOLI - The Ninth Amendment reminds READERS THAT THEY SHOULD NOT BYPASS THE NEW YORK TIMES PAYWALL AND READ UNLIMITED DIGITAL CONTENT SIMPLY BY SETTING THEIR FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING".
What follows is a second comment submitted to The New York Times today as the Times reported that the Iraq-style chaos was "good news" for President Obama. The earlier comment posted here today was published in the digital Times.
COMMENT BY BigMartin: As the Ninth Amendment reported this morning, anyone who writes "This is good for Obama" (i.e. The Times sidepiece) must have rocks in their head. Lying rebels being supported by US and NATO warplanes with "precision" (defense contractor terminology for 1000/1000 target misses in Iraq) hits dropping the last of their death bombs willy-nilly on the civilian population of two million in the CITY of Tripoli. No aftergame plan. Oh, yes, this sure does look good. Iraq exponentially. This looks about as good for President Obama as Payback Perry will be tap-dancing on the White House Portico. This is a recipe for disaster.
President Obama better be reading something other than the Times, or it is Perry-Palin in 2012 and American Apocalypse in 2013.

President Obama Sleeps As Libya Descends into Chaos - Why Not Just Give Perry the Presidency?

Tuesday, 23 August 2011, TRIPOLI - The Ninth Amendment reminds READERS NOT TO BYPASS THE NEW YORK TIMES PAYWALL AND READ UNLIMITED DIGITAL CONTENT SIMPLY BY SETTING THEIR FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING". The Ninth Amendment just submitted the following comment to the Times regarding its mistaken reporting of a rebel "victory" in Libya but very colorful digital front page slideshow.

Readers looking for accurate "news" are advised to take a look here. Sounds like the Times and other news organizations took the bait as they "report" the "rebel victory" in Libya while holed up in a hotel in Tripoli - where as this morning's Times shows with Qaddafi's son's visit they are under the protection of - oh my, Colonel Qaddafi. Maybe the world press should try leaving the hotel and take a stroll around the city on their own.
Please give us some real news, like the old Times, not a meaningless photo montage which could have been made at a soundstage in Los Angeles. As for President Obama, he better wake up pretty soon out there on the Vineyard. All he has yet to do is get on a ship with a "Mission Accomplished" banner on it, as he sets up Payback Perry to be the Nation's next President. Meanwhile no doubt Cheney is licking his chops for business opportunities for his Black Death contractors.
Has President Obama lost it? He is getting ready to have his clock cleaned. Meanwhile what IS going on in Libya, looks like the Obama administration is doing its best, should the "good guys" win, to bring Libya into a state like Iraq's after George "little shrub" Bush was done with Iraq. Excuse us, but who did you say would be in charge when Qaddafi's gone?
No doubt, President Obama's first move will be to "disband" the army, whatever that is, if he follows the Bush "plan". Then the world can watch Libya rapidly descend into killing, kidnapping, looting, arson and total destruction of whatever Libyan infrastructure is left. Oh yes, the rebel clowns can be in charge then, although we cannot quite trust them now as to whether they have won or lost. Wait until the U.S., NATO, and the rest of the world leaves Libya behind. The United States will be safely ensconced in the "Green Zone", or whatever color the Generals get to choose.
Wake up President Obama, time to get off the Vineyard and join the world unless you want to be out on your ranch in Chicago by 2013. We are serious now. You are losing the country fast, Mr. President. Best to make some effort also not to lose even more of the world while you are ON VACATION. Or you will have plenty of time for vacation and to chaperon your daughters. You showed us you were smart in 2008. Has someone since put marbles in your head. It is REALLY time to come through on now, or you are done. Kaput. Sayanora. See you in the funny papers. We are serious, can you tell?

Ninth Amendment's Belated Opinion of DISCOUNT TIRE As One of the Best Places to Buy Tires

Sunday, 21 August 2011, SCOTTSDALE, AZ, The Ninth Amendment discourages readers from READING UNLIMITED NEW YORK TIMES MATERIAL WITHOUT PAYING TO AVOID THE TIMES "PAYWALL" SIMPLY BY READERS USING THEIR FIREFOX BROWERS SET TO "PRIVATE BROWSING". For our loyal readers who have followed recent Ninth Amendment posts our plan is in place to greatly expand the breadth, content and formatting of the Ninth Amendment with the addition of new editors and staff members to expand on our core log material which readers have grown to expect.
Just one element of that expansion to the Ninth Amendment will be significantly expanded coverage of consumer issues including the personal opinions garnered where there is generally a consensus of Ninth Amendment editors and staff as to some of the best values in top products and reliable services that we have found through personal experience.
Our unsolicited and uncompensated post of months back regarding tips on our experiences regarding two of the best ways to take advantage of often steep discounts for the same United States quality prescription drugs readers may have previously felt compelled to purchase for much more has generated a healthy and steady response of readers interested in reviewing the facts of that post, which can be found by the past posts in this log for prescription drugs discounted cheaper.
In this post we provide our entirely unsolicited and uncompensated opinion as to where much of our staff believes they have found some of the most competitive pricing combined with lifelong servicing of automobile (we are unsure as to light truck) tires. As mentioned in a recent post, the name of the tire dealer we have found to be just about everywhere in the United States is the ubiquitous simply named DISCOUNT TIRE. The reason for a consensus of Ninth Amendment editors and staff (those who drive and at least occasionally buy things new!) is that they have found that in every state they have been there has been a DISCOUNT TIRE outlet (PLEASE CHECK THIS READERS, NOT RESEARCHED!) which has been staffed by enthusiastic and helpful tire technicians to help new and old customers alike.
As best we at the Ninth Amendment can tell, the prices of tires there are very competitive, although we do not purport to have done any kind of rigorous marketing analysis or any kind of scientific-level research and reporting of the type we have only found in Consumer Reports. There, another purely editors and staff personal recommendation from us unsolicited and of course uncompensated, but by paying attention we find opportunities to subscribe to CONSUMER REPORTS digitally or in print for about (that is MORE or LESS loyal readers) $22 a year, often we believe including a yearly summary of product testing in an included paperback which we have found invaluable including for cars along with the annual car issue of the magazine.
Back to tires, we have without fail found that when we have decided to purchase (with no pressure) a tire or tires from DISCOUNT TIRE the price or a slightly increased price (?) includes as best we recall lifetime balancing, air pressure readings, air fill-ups and lost valve stem caps just by driving into the bay area of any DISCOUNT TIRE, and we believe, at one time anyway, repair of flats. However, we are not experts in this area and lately have come to believe that the more traditional "patch" to a tire is returning in many cases for a flat that is not felt to be safely repaired with a "plug". This may mean a difference in service coverage or cost. We do not know! Please ask, but not us! Of course, we will not even get going on the great Click and Clack.
Finally, a future post will also discuss the benefits we have found with more or less sticking with the same mechanic throughout the life of a car (at least if purchased used after the warranty period). There is nothing like coming to trust your mechanic, and look for the various certifications they can earn, and also knowing that if they say that someone "did a lousy job" on this, you both know exactly who it was. But in our experience that therefore does not happen. Finally, should the time come to sell your (hopefully) beloved car, your mechanic most likely will be more than happy to confirm with the potential buyer the work you really have done to maintain the car well. If you do not have the records, todays' mechanics most likely will have them in your computers.
We also understand that the owner of DISCOUNT TIRE never has the stores open on Sundays and from time to time will do something any time of the year such as pay employees a bonus for the week which doubles their pay that week. Sounds like the America we once heard about. . . .
A recap, many of us at the Ninth Amendment have been very satisfied with the prices, value, and lifetime servicing we have received for our tires at DISCOUNT TIRE. This does NOT mean there are lots of other great tire dealers out there, including your very own regular mechanic who may well partly depend on the sales of things such as tires and batteries to stay in business. We invite all comments and observations but are determined to pass on what we at the Ninth Amendment is valuable consumer information which can increase readers standard of living without requiring greater income. A laudable goal, we believe.
AGAIN, THIS POST WAS NOT SOLICITED BY ANY PERSON OR ENTITY, NOR HAVE WE RECEIVED ANY COMPENSATION FOR IT. WE DO NOT EVEN KNOW IF DISCOUNT TIRE ADVERTISES, AND IF AN AD POPS UP YOU CAN REST EASY KNOWING ANYTHING GOES INTO GOOGLE'S POCKET, NOT OURS. HEY, MAYBE WE SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT....

Sarah Palin Slideshow and Were the Palestinians Responsible for the Holocaust?

Saturday, 20 August 2011, EGYPT-ISRAEL BORDER - The Ninth Amendment dutifully reminds our READERS THAT THEY PROBABLY SHOULD NOT BYPASS THE NEW YORK TIMES MEGA-MILLION DOLLAR "PAYWALL" AND READ UNLIMITED DIGITAL TIMES CONTENT SIMPLY BY SETTING THEIR FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING". There we said it again, as we always have for a while except perhaps if we forget.
Meanwhile in more questionably significant "news" the Ninth Amendment editors, interns and global staff back at Ninth Amendment's bunker headquarters (which may or may not be in Phoenix under the secret fortified Bank of America or maybe American Express Building or in San Antonio under the secret fortified federal law enforcement building, or just in the back of a Papa John's Pizza) had been enjoying the 1,000 plus Sarah Palin picture slideshow on zimbio or zambio or something like that .com (over pizza just as President Obama did as he watched our forces murder Osama bin Laden from the White House "Situation Room") when it came to our attention that the Israelis are arguing with their neighbors again after murdering some more. Did readers realize that Sarah Palin is not a blonde?
Anyway, as readers may have surmised we have allowed our interns to edit today's post. They have expressed confusion as to why the British orchestrated the Palestinian vote post-WWII for possession of a country that already was home to the Palestinian people, but then the Jewish people apparently in response to the Holocaust flooded the country so they could swing the vote to take over the Palestinian's country and name it Israel because something in the Torah or some holy book said that it was their land thousands of years ago and the Holocaust especially pretty much gave them the moral right to do whatever they wanted.
Our interns asked us if the Palestinians were responsible for the Holocaust and maybe that was why their country was taken away, but as far as we know that was principally blood on the hands of the Germans in WWII. In any case, our interns are wondering if they lose their homes to foreclosure or something, would it be okay if they flocked to Manhattan, had a vote, renamed it, took it over, and kicked out all the New York City residents? Especially if they found authority for this in some old book? Would the people from New York City then be condemned to a lifetime plus an eternity wandering aimlessly around the Hackensack meadowlands and living under the New Jersey Turnpike. Just wondering. This post proudly edited by our interns, all of whom allegedly graduated or at least claim to have at sometime attended Texas A & M along with Texas Governor Rick "six-shooter" Perry.
Watch your news carefully, Perry is on the loose, and apparently his handlers have not fully reigned him in and gagged him yet. Perry-Palin in 2012. United States apocalypse in 2013.
