      Sunday, 2 February 2014, AUCKLAND - The controversial faux diplomatic-flag waving (from the National Party President's laughingstock write-off luxury vehicle) previously barely scraping out of domestic violence charges from an alleged violent wife-beating incident reported to New Zealand Police who apparently were convinced enough to encourage the filing of Goodfella ("the baa-baa sheep") with charges and a free ride to jail would seem to have been directed to continue conspiring together (so much easier to charge them that way) in high-gear with a wide-ranging mob of felons and other dangerously questionable characters not usually commonly associated with the Party that is currently consumed in a new headquarters "brick-selling" and possible mutual fund campaign overseen by a man known to "know how to carry (and withdraw) cash", including that of others.
     But what might be driving the apparent borderline escalating criminal array of financial, tax, gambling, drug, harbor hazardous oil dumping, suspected human trafficking, cyber and other psycho "misdeeds" that would seem from sophisticated international technical analysis to if anything only being accelerating at a furious pace bordering on, yes, "frenzy"? The kind contemplated in the Criminal Statutes thank goodness for the good law-abiding hard-working New Zealanders who did not give this Country its proud name to be to be paraded around the world discredited as a new mafia paradise where nary a tourist might venture.
      At least so far other than a few dead pets targeted by reported poisoners, animal stompers including some of the latest DSM-IV classifications generally in the psychopath/sociopath/narcissistic/borderline personality disorder, not to mention Thai Kick Boxers - behind the second rib of a pup does not show up on the vet's x-ray until it is too late to save the poor animal's life as already has been demonstrated - apparently to intimidate and/or extort various parties at locations throughout New Zealand. So far no woman's dead body has yet been seen to fall out of a bag potatoes from the rear of any trucks in the area of London, England's Covent Gardens by headlights at night.
     Given the magnitude of legal violations of diverted public and illegally possessed and used private domestic cyber-warfare resources the purpose would seem clear to divert, distract and downright prevent New Zealanders from reading and making their own assessments of this growing whirl of allegations of a cesspool of National Party and related individuals' ever-increasing corruption. Some suspect this may be but one aspect of a huge, perhaps hundred of millions dollar Goodfella father-son rivalry to the bottom of a storm of theft, tax fraud and a laundry list of most serious torts implicating most possible extreme civil damages perhaps of historic proportions not to mention the flood of criminal investigations that could be expected as appropriate to follow.
     Some possibly in the know or maybe just crazy-drunk or out to get our tax lien say that one ball to keep one's eye on is the Goodfella-controlled Sanford Fish Company, whose real murky (accounted in ways we sure never could understand ) rumored actual controlling interest of 53% is owned by. . . . you know who.      Monday, 27 January 2014, SPYWORLD USA AND UK - The Ninth Amendment Editorial Board in what thoroughly has become a predictably tedious not to mention dangerous diversion of ours and our Nation's national security and other limited vital resources steadfastly does our best to pass on to our most concerned readers the latest daily bombshells of NSA and United Kingdom counterpart GCHQ most recent disclosures of unethical, immoral and illegal (no doubt exposed largely thanks only to Snowden documents) sickly misguided "pre-emptive metadata" privacy invasion practices since an explosion of spending by the two rogue spy agencies in 2007 on tracking readers activities via "leaky" mobile devices while unsuspecting users thought themselves merely immersed in such brainless trivialities as playing games including others recently culminating in the immensely popular (okay if they say so, "Angry Birds").
     And these games sure do squeak to the thousands of your "fellow" UK and US citizens (aspiring KGB agents) keeping you on the unemployment rolls while they rake in the dough illegally selling "useless" information on you (the "target") such as your location, sex, prior and anticipated next locations, personal habits, and, oh yes, marital status, sexual orientation and political beliefs.
     After billions of dollars, computers overflowing with "top secret" information about you so "top secret" you cannot even FOIA it (although hundreds of thousands of your government officials, college interns, former CIA Director General Petraeus and dumpster divers now doubtlessly "mistakenly" can access "you" in a minute), these agencies the NSA and GCHQ, have pitifully little to show for their efforts in terms of "national security" unless they stretch the truth a bit or are just too successful to admit it. They do admit that they have blithely tossed off some of your most important rights to, inter alia, freedom of speech, assembly, press, freedom from searches without "probable cause", those "penumbra" privacy ones that Mr. Justice Douglas just kind of humored the Court on anyway (just lucky "good facts" in Griswold what with the police kicking in married couples' bedroom doors), and so on. All to gather no information of even nearly commensurate value to abruptly finding one living a life pursuing happiness as in say Russia. Finally it is said (anyway) all most important information actually originated with "traditional" methods of tradecraft anyway, like trading national secrets for sexual favors and, oh yes, money. . . .
     One of the largest makers of "leaky apps" mobile device games, Sweden's Rovio Entertainment, making a fortune off the wholesale compromise of readers' U.S. Constitutional and similar (but weaker, remember King George III?) U.K. "Rights" does defend the private company's information collection practices which can then merely be soaked up by the NSA and GCHQ as being adequately self-regulated. Balitimore's Millenial Media, now working in concert to suck up even huger amounts of data with the maker of "Angry Birds" and other "leaky applications" after all proudly "does not knowingly collect private information of children under 13 years of age."
     No wonder the GCHQ code name "Mobile Surge" (should be "Mobile Suck") for this latest daily assault on our U.S. Constitution and each and every one of us who participates in that compact only as a matter of OUR WILL, since all governmental powers under it derive from but one place, and that is we the people, who can call off the deal whenever we care to do so under such relentless government abuse largely at the hands of mere children, certainly in spirit.
     One excited NSA child staffer not surprisingly also excitedly captioned this latest opportunity for the Agency's wholesale invasion of Americans' privacy rights, as can be seen in the NSA's child-like storyboard pictured in the following New York Times article as a "Gold Nugget!" simplifying the spy agency's latest opportunity for a major grab of your big taxpayer bucks to take an even more major grab of your few remaining privacy and other fundamental rights as so ridiculously simple (yes even of course the context must be a "game") that only a child could, or perhaps would want to, do it.
     With all due respect if our readers do not remove their bottoms from their sofas and get out there and vote screaming for their rights, donate what time or money they can, and demand their nearest and dearest to do so as well, we frankly do not know how many more of these articles the Ninth Amendment with be posting. And we may all then find ourselves as suggested in the below article serving as nothing more than beacons in the darkness flashing name, rank and serial number back to roomfuls of techies with no sense of history nor the terrible cost of liberty or anything else of value for that matter drowning under their mountains of metadata desperately clutching their joysticks staring through rooftops at your daughters.

     Readers who read the above New York Times article please should they care to do so be sure and explore the Times generously included references to "DocumentCloud" a most useful treasure trove of government documents used by researchers and journalists to research and uncover government lies, misdeeds, illegalities and so on. In the "do-it-yourself" sample case used in one edition the Times repeated local newspaper inquiries of the decade earlier "Undercover Informant" CIA role of famed 1960's civil rights photographer Ernest Withers is met by more than two years of government stonewalling before a clerk screws up and releases his CIA Informant Code Number by accident.      Mr. Withers fittingly followed his illustrious career as a CIA snoop on the Civil Rights movement by getting a patronage job with the State Liquor Commission where he extorted liquor license holders from his position as well as buying people's relatives out of early prison releases for more bribes, kickbacks, etc. Former CIA informant (contractor not employee, please!) was never prosecuted for his crimes although they did end the political career of the Governor of the State. We believe the case makes clear that journalists serve no useful purpose and demonstrate just another reason to toss out the First Amendment wholesale rather than going through the tedious exercise of pretending that the U.S. Government still actually respects or acknowledges any of the People's rights under the U.S. Constitution. Clearly the Founding Fathers should have just stopped with the "Commerce Clause" which the U.S. Government with the full support of the Supreme Court has used tortuously to justify any U.S. Government action from drug dealing to murder.

For reasons of prudence our long-time readers will know that when unfamiliar servers, countries and IP addresses not known to us to be associated with our blogging friends at Google and their CIA partners make themselves apparent to our military-trained IT and cryptography specialists it is our habit to share some of that new information available to those of our readers who may be interested.
     Some of the newest countries purportedly to have joined us have been the United Arab Emirates and as noted in the above "Welcome" the formerly reputedly pastoral country of New Zealand (believed by those who have never been there or off the tourist bus nor ferry in any case, to be one of the least governmentally corrupt countries in the world along with Canada. New Zealand Joins U.S. "War On Drugs" Annals Longest Costliest Enforcement Failure In U.S. History: Recognizing National Party! President Peeta Goodfella "Drug Warrior" Over Two Years Since Mexican Interior Minister Blake Mora Killed In "Bad Weather" Helicopter Crash

     Thursday, 22 January 2014 - Here comes another one from the prison vaults lest we forget that New Zealand's National Party! President Pete Goodfella himself some time back curiously (given the Goodfella mob's legendary frugal propensities admitted in a PR piece a few years back by family godfather Doug "the thug" Goodfella confessing the family lived in squalor because it "did not believe in interior decorators") hired his own Target Investigations to submit a "friend of the Serious Fraud office" affidavit that Mr. Goodfella had passed hundreds of thousands of dollars cash (give or take a few) to National Party! business associate and alleged narcotics trafflcker Michael Louzsis (once Goodfella realized the entire cash transaction had been extensively photographed of Goodfella raking over his "investment" cash). Now Mr. Louzsis is back again "running the operation" from a New Zealand prison presumably issuing commands to Goodfella pending Goodfella getting Louzsis out at the first parole hearing possible.

     Unlike Mexican Interior Minister Blake Mora before he fell or was pushed from a "crashing helicopter", Mr. Goodfella is not known ever to have suffered a serious helicopter crash even while on frequent family trips to the Cayman Islands (although Goodfella is rumored to enjoy frequenting the company of New Zealand Police helicopter officers harassing hard-working New Zealanders with heat-seeking "qausi"-legal low flyovers of their better-decorated homes generally while occupied only by their wives and young children).  Mr. Goodfella himself a self-described "real strong family man" and botax enthusiast currently dating a woman who has admitted she has trouble distinguishing "fantasy from reality" (DSM # anyone?) of course staunchly at the helm the traditionally "Family Values" National Party! has himself been the subject of domestic violence police emergency calls although police urging the swearing out of police reports against him for National Party! style family violence apparently were not heeded because of concerns it might trigger an irreversible psychotic reaction given his unacknowledged narcissistic borderline personality disorder because, in the unforgettable words of Tom Lehrer, "He loved his mother. When he found out what he done he tore his eyes out one by one. A tragic end for a loyal son who loved his mother." (Copyright Tom Lehrer).
     In the preceding years there of course have been thousands of Mexican officials' violent deaths since the last Mexican Interior Minister was killed with large swaths of the country left completely unpopulated by fleeing Mexican citizens in the path of warring Mexican drug cartels exacerbated by the joining of their former "Zeta" bodyguards directly into fighting on their own behalfs in the highly lucrative but risky profession. Back in Auckland neighboring the country largely populated by descendants (Australia) of convicts to which many dangerous English felons were deported, Goodfella is not known to have had any significant connections to the the country prior to his back-seat cash dealings with Louzsis (other than of course his mother rumored the "brains" of the Goodfella mob hailing from the peaceful island of Tasman).
     The Ninth Amendment Log often posts officials' own acknowledgments that the phony "war on drugs" began as a cynical political ploy by "Tricky Dick" Nixon with no care of ever "winning", has been a complete and dangerous failure for over forty years with the overall domestic United States and macro global consequences deteriorating exactly as thoughtful consideration such as in a 1988 "Economist" cover story supporting decriminalization predicted. It was perhaps satisfying to some to go to "war" when there was no one fighting on the other side.
     Now the United States gladly aided by some of the most ruthless people in the world including the CIA's and other U.S. National Security and law enforcement's own drug dealers have steadily created a global enemy in a very real war of scary possibilities, empowering formerly non-existent criminal syndicates and organizations now with enormous near-limitless money and resources to devote not only to domestic, international, and global trafficking and real-world overpowering influence on how countries are governed and huge populations are involved and/or totally uninvolved but will spend (and most likely end) their lives for the waronnothing. President Obama Says Alcohol Not Pot Most Dangerous, Most Federal Drug Agents Are Killed Or Seriously Injured While Drunk, None On Pot

     Sunday, 20 October 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - President Obama who has played both sides of the fence most skilfully since first admitting he regularly used and probably sold drugs during a CNN hour interview before his first Presidential victory, promised treatment not incarceration for drugs, then had his Attorney General Eric Holder enforce a drug enforcement and incarceration budget and policy no more compassionate, but in fact exactly the same as former ("not really Presidential winner") George W. "little shrub" Bush. Today Obama again admitted alcohol is actually more dangerous than pot.
   Federal drug enforcement agents from the Drug Enforcement Agency to the United States Customs Undercover Narcotics Service are known largely to be terrible alcohol abusers who illegally practice medicine by terrorizing physicians and pharmacists by day keeping them from properly caring for their patients nor living up to the Hippocratic oath and then crashing their brand new federal undercover drug sedans bought with your tax dollars at night into abutments by night at alcohol levels that would kill a horse.
     This recently confirmed to us by a Miami South Baptist Hospital pharmacist too scared to sell in-stock Vicodin to patients from the hospital pharmacy even with valid prescriptions and an emergency room physician unfortunate enough recently to have "hosted" a dangerous gun-toting late night DEA party of agents slobbering drunk on Scotch before driving home laughing that they no longer allowed needy cancer and other chronic pain patients needing relief from pain but instead made them suffer through their remaining days and nights rather than receive painkillers except with liver-killing Tylenol otherwise sold as safe nearly the whole rest of the world over. About as funny as selling GHB as both a Schedule 1 and Schedule 4 drug.
     As they say why get an M.D. anymore when you can get a G.E.D. to practice medicine without a license with the DEA and be a big-shot ordering and scaring doctors and nurses how to care for their patients. Illegal NSA "Top Secret" Google Encrypted Cloud Data Transmission Interception Revealed, Google And Partner CIA Weigh Cuba Or North Korea Relocation

       Monday, 5 November 2013, HAVANA - The New York Times weekly "Bits and Blogs" section today examines how the United States Government continues to destroy the credibility of some of this Country's most successful modern era high-tech businesses including Yahoo, Google and others. The included Washington Post article below linked continues that newspaper's investigation of illegal NSA interception of Americans' individual personal private and corporate proprietary information apparently under the mistaken delusion that conspiring to commit criminal acts by hiring others to do it for one is itself legal.
       General Alexander's NSA desperate to determine who readers' Google "Circle of  Friends" are and why the NSA has so few is rumored to have followed the lead of other "National Security" agencies believed exclusively to hire first-year law students to issue legal opinions out of their Agana, Guam garage "HQ Legal Cubicle Suite" producing "opinions on demand" such as that any U.S. agency which includes "National Security" can flaunt laws in the United States and in Europe and elsewhere commit even more clearly illegal acts by enlisting assistance from its overseas "partners in crime" including the most recently disclosed GCHQ.
      NSA which is not on speaking terms with its drone-armed archrival CIA presumably is unaware that it has been widely known for a decade that the CIA is both a major Google investor through a Wall Street "front company" as well as business partner through a publicly acknowledged well-publicized joint venture with Google.
        Google and CIA servers in fact frequently are housed  in neighboring buildings although Google usually has nice ones while the CIA's usually are hidden in faux "office parks". This can be confirmed by looking through their garbage on "trash day". The DEA has helped to establish laws that once placed out on the curb trash is "public property" as to which there is "no expectation of privacy". Neither the NSA nor the CIA are known to be conscientious recyclers even where required by law due to a legal concept known as pre-emption.
       Meanwhile Google's President Eric Schmidt last week praised the "connectivity" of Cuba and North Korea presumably hinting that a major relocation of Google and other top American high-tech businesses may be under consideration to such countries with less intrusive governments which have better things to do than read people's mail constantly harassing the businesses to spend their time and money assembling massive illegal government information requests regarding topics such as who got what for their birthday.
