Sunday, 23 September 2012, SAN FRANCISCO - The Ninth Amendment shares with readers this largely unrecognized development at least temporarily crushing back the onslaught of Facebook, megalomaniac Zuckerboy and the rest of the "social media" privacy invasion. Readers are reminded to refrain from READING FREE UNLIMITED CONTENT FROM THE NEW YORK TIMES SIMPLY BY SETTING FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING". Reported recent experience with some obstruction to this technique of bypassing the Times "Cadillac" paywall may have been of some concern to readers. Early reports document that it is easily replaced with another technique the Ninth Amendment likewise does not endorse but discourages involving deleting all but one or a few characters in the URL (top address bar line when reading an article). Eager readers as necessary for intellectual reasons can easily research this themselves with a quick search of "bypass New York Times paywall. More specifics to follow here as necessary for other readers who simply as well have an intellectual curiosity.
Readers are referred to other news sources or the Times link below for more detailed information on this important Facebook "slap in the Facebook" throughout Europe. Facebook is headquartered in Ireland in Europe on which continent it claims one quarter of its users and a third of its profits.
Facebook faces lawsuits from numerous civil rights groups for "tagging" and privacy invasion amongst other things including the Electronic Frontier Foundation as well as likely hearings in Congress. Although the Ninth Amendment is not aware yet of private party lawsuits in the United States, our experience with attorneys suggest an onslaught of these and class actions against Facebook on the way. In the United States readers can continue to provide Facebook solely with disinformation, misinformation, wear ski masks, wear Zuckerboy masks and otherwise be creative altering their facial appearance including when they are unwittingly without permission captured with facial spy technology by Facebook. The below Ninth Amendment comment on the New York Times article for those so interested was digitally published without any editorial change here reproduced from the Times Saturday, 22 September 2012 digital edition.

Three
cheers for European regulators for succeeding in preventing Facebook
and megalomaniac Zuckerman from using facial recognition software. The
Ninth Amendment log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com
would like to point out that with Google trying to photograph every
square millimeter of the Earth, Zuckerman trying to catalog every
physiognomy, on which "projects" we are sure they are in league with the
fourteen or more "national security" agencies with which we are
burdened, what do you think is next? You got it, DNA if they have not
gotten yours already for some transgression real or imaginary. After
that its the GPS microscopic GPS chip to track you one and all. The
above Ninth Amendment log explores methods of defeating this series of
unprecedented intrusions into the personal privacy of Americans which
was once protected as so many other things under the United States
Constitution as made clear in the seminal United States Supreme Court
opinion GRISWOLD v. CONNECTICUT authored by Mr. Justice Douglas for the
Court. Do not let 9/11 indeed have been the blow that really won the war
by destroying the extraordinary document with which the Founding
Fathers created the working of this Country as ratified by the people.
Wake up!.
