Neil Young Biography Creative Inspiration and Our Reasons to Live Life, Liberty and The Pursuit of Happiness

Monday, 24 September 2012, SAN FRANCISCO - The Ninth Amendment repeats its ritual reminder that readers should not Bypass the New York Times Paywall By Setting Free Firefox Browsers to "Private Browsing" nor other newer simple bypass techniques usually involving deleting most of the URL (address line at the top) leaving only one or a few words and/or symbols as set out in simple Google searches on "bypass New York Times paywall.".
The Ninth Amendment editorial staff has decided to take the extraordinary step of we assume doing our part to disseminate in its entirety only as public comment with no claim to copyright or authorship the following piece which NEIL YOUNG clearly wishes to have maximum exposure on the eve of the release of his full biography of which the below article is nothing more than an incentive for its purchase. The article appears in the New York Times to which all reference should be made as to claim of rights in the Ninth Amendment fair comment here. We will buy NEIL YOUNG'S BIOGRAPHY.
The Ninth Amendment like NEIL YOUNG himself has done implores readers to follow readers' creative and all such bona fide dreams as one of readers' natural born inalienable rights including bona fide desires wherever they may take all readers WITHOUT OBSTRUCTION to the highest levels of human existence. This is without regard to the State's war machine.
As expressly stated in the Preamble to the United States Constitution which heads this log all in this Country ratified that document which followed the Declaration of Independence and Preamble for "themselves and their posterity" with certain inalienable rights including without limitation the rights inextricably bound to "the pursuit of happiness". As the Ninth Amendment to the Constitution makes absolutely clear despite the State's continued position of completely refusing to recognize that the Ninth Amendment unequivocally reserves all those rights not put in the express trust of the State to and only to the People. When the State has broken that trust, the compact of the United States Constitution is off and the State reverts to its natural condition of nothingness.
      God Bless America.
