       Wednesday, 26 November 2014, SCOTTSBORO, ALABAMA - The Ninth Amendment editorial board likely never will forget when one of our louder mothers had a large suitcase crammed full with clothing bargains she painstakingly had shopped for our sister from the best North Carolina versions she could find of her beloved legendary northern New Jersey (no clothing sales tax) discount retailers such as "Alexander's" (intersection of "historically" unsafe early NJ state highways 4 and 17 with early curious 1930's period "suicide" curved concrete dividing barriers seemingly facilitating collisions between oncoming traffic lanes mere inches apart) and haircut balloon "Best's" which carefully shopped clothing our mother dutifully checked onto a newly bankruptcy scrubbed clean (of things such as employees' living wages and years of retirement pension savings) Continental Airlines only to have her precious checked luggage lost missing in transit and likely gone NOA ("never on arrival").
       After two weeks anguishing over her lost bargains tangibly representing so many hours labor of love of shopping refusing or neglecting to request nor settle for the ¨cash replacement¨ she desperately could use Mom did the one last thing she could and demanded to know where Continental Airlines might have the lost bag stashed so she could mount her own nationwide hunt to find it. As best she now remembers she was directed either to Houston or Dallas. In any case the happy ending to the story is that remarkably Mom in fact went to the Texas city to which she was directed and with the committed assistance of her taxi driver she actually recovered her large suitcase from one of the ¨monthly¨ piles in a cavernous Continental Airlines facility where all Continental "lost" luggage went among literally thousands of of pieces of luggage. 
       The luggage had acquired the somewhat misleading designation of being ¨unclaimed¨ only insofar as there being but a very remote chance of of the owners ever expending the time and monetary resources to pursue and and try to find their lost luggage at this single unadvertised nationwide location. Well the reason for all this unnecessary background information is that it leads up here to the exciting (to a select group of Ninth Amendment readers we expect) somewhat recycled news as it has previously has been publicized by certain other sources that the Ninth Amendment staff has discovered yet one more curious and unusual opportunity this time related to mountains of unclaimed luggage lost in transit to bring to the attention of those of our readers who have appreciated certain select somewhat obscure consumer savings or shopping information in the past. 
       We expect these readers know if they fit this description so as they possibly say "you will know if you have got to go". Be a reader the Chairwoman or Chairman of the Board or Junkyard King or Queen the Ninth Amendment trusts these readers will know who we mean. Searching for a few keywords let us say welcome to the flea market bargain basement garage yard sale to beat all others in the holiday shopping rush of the Goodwill curious crowd. There is always something new to do with items one did or did not know they ever needed but never in any case thought could be had so cheap dollarwise in the super sale de luxe bargain bonanza as set out below.
       Yes the good news is this is a true story. The bad news is that it does not mean Ninth  Amendment readers necessarily will recover that ¨must have¨ piece of lost airline luggage especially following the initial ninety (90) day period after which the airlines apparently are not required to keep it. HOWEVER, the better news is that after ninety days who would have guessed but it turns out there is but one ¨family-owned¨ company in the United States that has ¨exclusive¨ deals with most major air carriers to purchase all lost luggage with much bus and rail lost luggage consolidated as well in just the one Alabama town of Scottsboro boasting the distinction of hosting that facility now known as the UNCLAIMED BAGGAGE CENTER. 
       So readers who still are with us and/or already have jumped down the rabbit hole to the link below either know or are about to know that after ninety (90) days all major airline luggage now apparently goes to just one central giant warehouse with a kids'-size barn of luggage at its side to boot at one location in the 15,000 small town of Scottsboro, Alabama. In other words for that certain special group of Ninth Amendment readers: YES, THESE READERS NOW HAVE A MISSION and if so it is time to prepare to hit the road or hit the air. Drones Menace Passenger Airliners JFK New York Airport Approaches Threaten Catastrophe Suspected Piloted By CIA Amateur BZ-Drugged "Externs" In CIA Army BZ Chemical Agent Mixup Codename "MF-UCKLRA"

       Thursday, 20 November 2014 - ABERDEEN PROVING GROUNDS, MARYLAND - CNBC hours ago reported that one or more of its main anchors will suspend flying in or out of New York's JFK International Airport in the wake of reports that in the past week alone three major passenger aircraft liner pilots have reported in the critical landing / departure phase of flights that drones have come dangerously close to passenger aircraft. In two reported cases the drones were reported "2 to 3 thousand feet" off the ground. The third passenger airliner pilot reported that a drone was dangerously "too close to his left wing". As a flock of birds previously has brought down a New York airport departing flight after being sucked into the plane's jet engine forcing its crash landing into a river adjacent to the airport experts agree a drone definitely could bring down an airliner.

       Again a once "super-secret" CIA lethal espionage weapon naturally has become public domain which may reap untold mega-catastrophic consequences to come. This is no lithium ion battery (also invented for the CIA according to the Agency's web "kid's page" to prolong the life of hidden bugs and cameras) with strictly benign civilian uses such as . . . . let us just say photography.

       Concerned readers should be aware that Congress has set a deadline for the FAA to regulate the use of civilian drones in U.S. airspace. The FAA has said it has fallen behind in promulgating the regulations. Meanwhile back at JFK Airport unconfirmed perhaps misinterpreted reports via our Tanguska-Madagascar-Johnston Atoll Relay (no we would not burden our readers with the real route just keep in mind with satellites anything can be "grabbed out of the air" even lasers can be intercepted so maybe copper wiring and global crossing is the way to go) preliminarily seem to suggest that the errant drones at JFK might have been set in motion by yet another CIA Op gone awry namely recent externs learning to fly the drones out of camouflaged "barns" and "cropduster hangars" in  rural Virginia under the guise of civilian drones for uses such as filmmaking and other business enterprises.

       Early indications are that perhaps the CIA's reportedly beta MF-UKLRA program rather than veteran drone "pilot ninjas" mistakenly drugged CIA "externs" from leading universities with the U.S. Army's doubtless decaying stockpiled BZ chemical warfare agent originally an off-spec New Jersey pharmaceutical company product sent for testing to Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Maryland where it was chosen as the best of many bad choices by the infamous base commander who as his own favorite lab rat after a rather lengthy stint on the chemical during which time he had to be restrained from killing everyone regardless of which side they were "supposed" to be on including himself and had to be followed by enlisted men with a mattress for every time he lost motor control and collapsed. Reportedly upon regaining some conscious sense of reality he ordered up the BZ agent as the army chemical neurological manipulator of choice for stockpiling. God help the United States if it is ever reduced to using this stuff. 

       The good "news" again speculative at best from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson CIA Feeder School as well as Princeton's Psychopharmacology Group of the Biology and Chemistry Departments is that BZ's major neurological effects have a half-life of just three days. No one knows what happens after that. Meanwhile the New York metropolitan area includes several large JFK airport alternatives including the two other major airports Laguardia  and Newark Airports as well as others including Teterboro for private aircraft in New Jersey. 

       Meanwhile the externs will be kept on close suicide watch in consideration of the CIA's infamous MK-ULTRA program one component of which involved drugging unknowing CIA operatives with LSD-25 at "cocktail" parties which resulted in several personal tragedies for individuals who finally realized what they were doing with their lives (and other peoples). As not noted in the Academy Award Winning Motion Picture which was not based on MK-ULTRA and MK-ULTRA II (can't get enough, can't get enough) the Intelligence Star this Nation's highest award for service for these clandestine services such as the CIA was never awarded for either.

       Meanwhile bypassing items such as jewelry which prosecutors in national cop thievery seminars tell them is "too hard to sell" have managed to rack up billions of dollars worth of seizures with no due process of law whatsoever effectively giving them the dubious distinction of taking by far more cash and property literally with a "license to steal" than all other thieves in the United States combined. And we used to make fun of Latin American police in places where for example if one hits a person walking in the dark while driving home drunk from the bar it is customary that the driver just leave the keys in the car and walk away. A generation of lousy corrupt and/or idiot and/or both Republican Presidents from crooks like Nixon and Agnew to idiots like not-really-elected "little shrub" Bush and racketeer Cheney and all GOP "bottom of the barrel" Presidential scum between like everything else they do to destroy this Nation repeatedly wrecking the economy and getting the U.S. in undeclared unconstitutional wars and non-existent other phony wars against their own countrymen have despite lifetime appointments to the federal bench somehow still managed to extend their voodoo black magic to creating a largely lifetime GOP stinking rotten federal judiciary the majority of which Krugman laments is a lousy totally "partisan" bunch all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court repeatedly evidenced by everything from the not-really-elected "little shrub" Bush coup d'etat endorsed in the blatantly corrupt Bush v. Gore decree to last week's outrage again to hear another challenge to the long done deal Obamacare on the basis of an obvious typo as evidenced by the "original intent" of the drafters since in this case one simply may ask them directly. Just a hunch that next up will be a further reconsideration restoring Plessy v. Ferguson in a 5-4 opinion authored by Mr. Justice Thomas. The only thing left to determine as to the card-carrying Republican infested federal judiciary all the way up (or perhaps it should be down) to the U.S. Supreme Court is according to Krugman "how corrupt they are?"        As longer-time readers will be aware the Ninth Amendment was the target of similar such attacks including evidence of the misuse of extensive resources devoted to such efforts and extending also to other private accounts of Ninth Amendment editorial and other staff especially during the summer months last year in 2013 which illegal activities all became apparent starting within hours of Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry's announcement that he would not run for yet another term as Texas governor in the wake of his "brain-dead still standing" episode extending for nearly a full minute during the Republican national presidential candidates' debate prior to the re-election of Democratic President Barack Obama. 

       As with these previous site cyberattacks in which the results of investigations including the disclosure upon identification of certain servers including IP and physical addresses including state government facilities and unauthorized phone numbers used to gain control of Ninth Amendment accounts all of which were duly reported in posts on this site the Ninth Amendment again has requested and insured full cooperation with all law enforcement investigation and enforcement efforts.

       The Ninth Amendment also is committed to the swift correction of any and all damage caused in this case in which in recent weeks at points the site has seen reported performance statistic fluctuations in readership of nearly 1000% in periods ranging from a few days to weeks and even one from nearly 700 daily pageviews following publication of Ninth Amendment commentary in the digital New York Times dropping in under ten days to about 50 now understandable with newly discovered targeted disruption especially of posts reporting on ongoing civil and criminal investigations of the Texas Republican party and certain elected and nominated officials now in the midst of both civil and criminal investigations and proceedings.

       Friday, 7 November 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - John Boehner Republican ("4 Dead In O-HI-O") $6 Million net worth (all bribes not government pay) Non-Speaker of the House of Non-Representatives and self-appointed chief do-nothing of the do-nothing Republican oligarchy of anti-Democratic vote suppressors today held his first hungover extra grouchy press conference with coffee hold the nail polish where he took the opportunity to chastise members of the national Press Corps as if they were even stupider if such a thing were possible than the herd of morons the GOP bought into Congress and "Da Bones" were the school vice-principal who drank way too much which he probably does but only when awake and is perpetually hungover and/or drunk or both perhaps inhaling solvents to help keep himself "even" and his GOP Tea Partiers perpetually inactive but still saying moronic things and from shaking too badly with mindless enthusiasm. Just your luck the way your Koch Brudders (and going fracking your mudda too) pay for them. Cross-eyed and brainless.

       GOP John "He Da Bones" Boehner the Six-Million-Dollar (does not buy what it used to -- just a month's worth of booze) slurred his wasted mind and spent no time immediately wasting the rest of the Nation's and the first of the next two years too doing nothing therefore ("a-ha") paying no taxes if he has the GOP way unless something really happens (and President Obama has to take care of it or we are all finished for sure) "Da Bones" sternly telling the Press Corps who all were thinking of quitting by this point all the things the GOP looked forward to not accomplishing as President Obama he "Da Bones" no doubt expected as "Da Bones" charged that darn Obama would just go out on his own and "try to get some guv'ment done".
       On Press Corps members continuing to chide him past his thirty-second breaking point asking how he could in good conscience or any at all feel leading such a bunch of yet more idiot losers in the House of Non-Representatives "da Bones" was quick to point out that "we bought a couple weren't that bad" with which he asserted "we even bought a black one to run from Texas" with which he lurched out of the press conference without even a parting word presumably to go inhale a rag of gasoline and chase it down with a tumbler of Chivas and another snort of BP extra leaded "Gulf Special". 

       "Da Bones" guy look so angry at having had all that hope for himself and now just all that money and nothing to do such that it seems unlikely he even will make it a week before trading his tea for some paint thinner. "Four dead in O-HI-O." Reportedly however the poor head of Progress Texas lost it already so those Dem-o-cats did beat "Da Bones" in any case to it insofar as he has any mind left to lose at this point. And a toast of BP extra leaded to the U.S. Supreme Court and a double for GOP-star Thomas but none for the ladies thank you very much. It is only a job well done Italian marble palace of the one-night decision sans reasoning or if its a Bush no counting please.

Martin, Republicans like to talk about a "Texas Miracle," in which conservative policies were a magic wand waved over the land that created a mystical utopia. It sounds like quite the tall tale - and that's because it is. We call it a "Beautiful Disaster."  Falling high school graduation rates, last in the country in health care coverage, at the bottom in voter turnout and at at the bottom in air quality. Texas might need a miracle just to turn things around. But invoking their best used car salesman skills, Texas Republicans for years have been ignoring these truths, painting over the ugly parts and selling broken policies as new. We're calling them out for their failed policies.
