Friday, 28 November 2014, SAN MARCOS, TEXAS - The Ninth Amendment Austin, Texas bureau reports have since confirmed breaking news from CNN of a gunman or gunmen shooting about 2:22 a.m. CST at buildings in downtown Austin including Austin Police (APD) Headquarters in Austin, Texas. Live local television reports since confirm the police shooting death of one suspect outside APD Headquarters wearing a possible I.E.D. with another possible bomb in a nearby vehicle. Local residents are urged to avoid the area as an active crime scene. The gunman or gunmen are reported to have targeted at least three downtown buildings also including the federal courthouse and the Mexican consulate now also a reported shooting scene. After police closed interstate highway 35 in Austin in both directions for several hours most recent available information is that IH-35 has now been re-opened in one (unspecified) direction.

The Ninth Amendment to the Constitution is the strongest statement therein that powers not expressly granted the State are retained as rights of the People. The State has misconstrued, misrepresented, ignored, and denied the People's rights by elimination of protections reserved alone to them, not recognized by the Supreme Court, the Legislative, and worst the Executive Branch in the illegitimate exercise of draconian powers which unlawfully disparage the inalienable rights of the People.
