"Loyal" Democrat House Members Eager For More of the "Good Life" Flock Back To Obama Because Republican Equals Economic Depression, Obama Betrays Constitution

Democratic candidates reportedly flock back to President Obama in their desperate bids to see what else they can milk from the United States by winning another term as can be seen in the New York Times article linked to our comment digitally published below. Thank you Professor Krugman for exposing slight inconsistencies in Mr. Romney's statements and minor inaccuracies in tangential areas such his rendition of facts. The Ninth Amendment log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com finds it unlikely that Romney in selflessly naming himself the "true heir of Teddy Roosevelt" refers to that for which our editorial board most fondly remembers Roosevelt, namely his beautifully crafted end run around Congress upon its passing the "Antiquities Act" with which power Roosevelt just ignored any limitation Congress believed the Act contained on a modest amount of federal land the President in his sole discretion might preserve as national monuments but instead got out a map and pen and before Congress could blink had saved for all future generations so much land that it came [stet] now forms the core of this Country's protected treasured jewels known as the National Park System.

Hypocrite Obama Perpetuates the Phony War on Drugs While Senator Feinstein Tries to Undo Some of Obama's Constitution Dismantling

The Ninth Amendment routinely reminds readers to avoid SETTING FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING" SIMPLY TO READ UNLIMITED FREE CONTENT OF THE DIGITAL NEW YORK TIMES. - The fact for the day is that this week former San Francisco Mayor Dianne Feinstein now Senator Feinstein launches hearings on bills to undo to some degree the damage done by hypocrite President Obama's December 2011 signing of a law with some typically cynical name a la the "Patriot Act" which allows United States law enforcement, secret agents, the military or whomever to arrest without charge and hold indefinitely without notice, charge, or trial any person including American citizens for suspicion of involvement apparently including even thinking about terrorist activity. Senator Feinstein's proposed legislation apparently does not however entirely do away with this obviously sickeningly unconstitutional law but retains parts of it whereas Senator Ron Paul's proposed legislation apparently does away with the heinous law altogether.
- The hidden fact for the day is that President Barack Obama once again has entirely abandoned the principles which he allegedly espoused when he first ran for President of the United States. Whether it was Obama's "admission" that although his dealing and use of drugs had been "selfish", his assurance that should he follow George "little shrub" Bush (himself a long-time cocaine user and also a hard-drinking crackhead in his earlier years as a totally unsuccessful Texas "businessman" constantly bailed out by "Daddy" and his friends who eventually gave "little shrub" the Texas Rangers baseball franchise) as President he Obama would mandate treatment rather than incarceration for non-violent "drug" crimes which of course turned out to be a total lie. In fact the Obama Administration without blinking immediately following the debacle of the "little shrub" Bush Presidency ADOPTED wholesale the entire drug law enforcement budget of the Bush White House verbatim and fully embraced the forty-year losing phony "war on drugs" ever since.
- In fact the dismantling of the United States Constitution has continued relentlessly under the policies of the Obama Administration, from directives to the Justice Department to the CIA to the maintaining of Guantanamo Bay and the imprisonment without notice, trial or charges for indefinite and perhaps permanent periods of time available not only to all citizens of the world but also American citizens abroad or right at home in the United States. Perhaps "secret" worldwide CIA torture prisons have been curbed but they of course have been replaced with a slew of new abuses including assassinations by drone which REQUIRE Obama's signing off on each murder. Obama obviously figured he got the vote he needed in the last election so screw the people who got him elected. After all where else are they going to run now?
- The Ninth Amendment had to figure something was a little off with the guy after he invited his "special guests" over to the White House "Situation Room" to watch the Osama bin Laden assassination live in surround-sound while he and the guests munched on pizza to which he eagerly returned after spending about thirty seconds sharing the good news with the American people. Where in the world one might ask can Presidents such as Obama come up with these so-called attorneys who are capable of convoluting the "law" to the point where murder is just fine even if now in the interests of safety the CIA drones routinely knock off a few dozen more totally innocent civilians from afar than the CIA did when the assassinations used to be "up close and personal"?

First of all I would like to know if this is a landfill (below the ground), or a dump (above the ground)? I find this totally unacceptable. The families of the brave Americans lost in one of America's most horrible tragedies are not only entitled to but also deserve a respectable funeral. Whether it be a single body part or otherwise, they are entitled to a decent funeral. The person who made the decision to just place their remains in a "dump" or "landfill" should be not only fired but should have to face each family the remains of whose loved ones they determined did not deserve the right or decency to a funeral of their families' discretion. God Bless those who died and their families as well. We remind readers to avoid BYPASSING THE TIMES MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR "PAYWALL" TO READ UNLIMITED FREE DIGITAL TIMES' CONTENT SIMPLY BY SETTING READERS' FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING".
The fact for the day is that even newer generation CIA drones such as the "non-existent" drone shot down by Iran can be given the slip (and sometimes also captured and cleaned) by driving one's vehicle at high-speed through the car wash paying extra for super double wash and wax as car wash evasion was NOT included in the drones' budget contract. Dr. Krugman through his dogged persistence in responding to Republican garbage-think refuses to give up on his optimism born of a top-rate background in economics, a rigorous thought process and a tireless sacrifice to a continuous communication of his knowledge that we do have reason to be optimistic simply by systematically exposing the manifest falsehoods of Republican economic "theories" for what they really are, a ceaseless flow of rank manipulation with no grounding in truthful inquiry or valid solutions for our nation but only self-serving half-baked schemes to try to keep a tiny minority of people in power which to them translates to but one thing and one thing alone, money.

Dr. Krugman the editorial staff and global bureaus of the Ninth Amendment log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com comprise some of your most fervent admirers in the world and are delighted to see that you won the Nobel Prize in Economics already and yet still write so prolifically for the Times and have been busy writing a book with such a catchy title. We understand that people who win the Nobel prize such as you and President Obama get some spending cash so they do not even have to work if they do not wish to work. We on the other hand have not won the Nobel Prize, do not have cash, and still do not really work. Most impressively your "Depression" book looks like a self-help book with a very crafty title like the earlier blockbuster "Stop the Insanity" and retro-60's graphic a la "I'm Okay, You're Okay" in that some people will think it is about the economy, some will think it is about their emotional problems exacerbated by a world going down the tubes and others particularly in New York City most likely will think it is a do-it-yourself book for fixing potholes and dangerous dips in the pavement outside their apartments. When we receive our (hopefully) signed advance copies we intend to skim them very quickly so we can be the first to publish a review of your book and help to spread the love. Go, Dr. Krugman, go!

The Ninth Amendment editorial staff and global bureaus have been gratified by our faithful readers who have doggedly continued to read this log daily although there allegedly have been no new apparent posts here in three months. But most especially gratified by our favorite advertiser Mitt Romney to whom Google still has persisted successfully in selling new advertising for the daily posts although the posts have been apparently unchanged the unless read according to algorithms known only to Google and renegade former employees.
To paraphrase Dr. Hunter S. Thompson's sentiments when holding court here at Vesuvio's in the City at his "home away from home in Woody Creek" (just above Spec's, home of the martini rivaled only by surly Bruno's in the Haight who refused even to acknowledge that the 1960's literally exploded right outside his Persian Aub Zam Zam's front door on Haight Street). To paraphrase Dr. Thompson, "What it's February now? That happened to you too?"
The fact for the day is that the Ninth Amendment has been with all our readers every day and now has returned to the 51st State of Consciousness after a seeming diversion to the booming field of "signals intelligence" as masterminded by the National Security Agency.. The hidden fact for the day is that the New York Times reported that last year more American private contractors were killed in Afghanistan combat than were United States military personnel, without public announcement, no ceremonial recognition by the United States Government, nor in most cases any survivors' benefits for their widows and orphans.
