Google Again In Apparent Breach Of Contract Requiring Google To Provide "Accurate Up To The Minute" Performance Statistics Which Google Has A Dismal Record Of Fulfilling To Detriment And Damage Of This Publisher

Saturday, 3 January 2015, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CALIFORNIA - The publisher of the Ninth Amendment through the Google provided Blogger service unfortunately must inform interested readers particularly those (1) specializing in technical areas extending to many aspects of internet integrity including that of all related aspects including of course of those providing communication services through the internet and the investigation of those who in various ways might be seeking to or even inadvertently interfering with the free and secure flow of information on the internet as well as those professionally analyzing performance of different services such as Google provided Blogger for purposes of rating its relative performance for whatever reason and (3) particularly those Blogger users also operating sites which may or may not be suffering from the same apparent problems with Google service as the Ninth Amendment.
These problems of late whether emanating from Google or not but appearing nevertheless to be in the area of Google's responsibility to take all appropriate corrective action largely appear to relate to the provision of NOT "accurate up to the minute" performance statistics necessary for publisher's successful operation of the site and causing damages to publisher unspecified at this time but which may be ascertained by further scrutiny as necessary at the appropriate time. One primary example of this apparent failure of Google to fulfill its obligations to the detriment of publisher is the passage of long periods with, e.g. no pageviews showing or those showing from very unlikely locations such as for example Albania requesting access to posts from years ago which are also most unlikely choices given the availability of current posts, which long periods are then followed by a relatively enormous for this site appearance of pageviews at one particular moment.
This practice almost certainly is not reflective of the reality of readers accessing the website and moreover appears to resemble to the well-known practice among certain parties of doing the the equivalent of what are know as "document dumps" so as to make it as difficult and time consuming as possible for the receiving party to sort out and make sense of the information provided by a reluctant providing party. Most recently for readers not familiar with this practice a good example would be that of Google's CIA partner in the release of its Torture Program documents for review by staffers of the Senate Intelligence Committee tasked with drafting a Senate Torture Report who were deluged after a period of an apparent trickle of disclosure of documents to the sudden "document dump" of an avalanche of over six million documents which apparently had been most likely intentionally if anything scrambled so as to be in no ascertainable coherent order much as more modern card scramblers in casino blackjack which constantly reshuffle cards to prevent apparently any type of counting or other malfeasance by players but by doing something which most likely is detrimental also to the odds of all players and most likely should be avoided with players instead seeking out more traditional blackjack tables where cards are dealt for example from a shoe.
Now how is that for an extended analogy which might also be seen as a digression by some of the topic at hand which is the disappointment of the Ninth Amendment publisher reserving all rights with the apparent failure of fulfillment of Google aka Googlia aka CIGOO in providing this contractually required service without limitation to the damage and detriment of the Ninth Amendment. Readers who have made it this far through the post either probably should be or already are lawyers or the other interested parties mentioned above. The Ninth Amendment regrets having to waste resources on such a post when there are so many other pressing matters in our global community to investigate, report and provide commentary on at this time.
Not having done so already the entire Ninth Amendment Editorial Board and all bureaus and personnel worldwide wish readers of good intent a joyous, healthy and prosperous New Year and moreover sincerely and humbly thank all such readers for their new or continued support of the Ninth Amendment. Over and out.
