Performance statistics intermittently provided by Google to publisher report for the first time in years numbers of pageviews and related information that are at such great downward variation from historical site performance as to raise serious concerns regarding some as yet unidentified party or parties' concerted manipulation of or interference with information of true pageviews and/or alternatively some interference or other disruption of unknown origin with readers' ability to access these posts including this post as well as two others published immediately before this post the first of which also was included an examination of Google's performance (or lack thereof) which report virtually no pageviews nor hits that now has persisted for several days and raises serious questions about the integrity of the service or its ability to isolate and correct problems. Readers and pubilshers are encouraged to document and report publicly as well as to appropriate internal and external authorities any similar experiences and communicate publicly with others having similar or other difficulties that appear to be going either ignored, unnaddressed or even result in a further deterioration of service.
Such victims should document any incident or information and especially be sure to alert authorities to any evidence that such reports are resulting in what appears to be any retaliation or apparently intentional (or not) further conduct which suggests that any person or entity suffering such damage actually is being targeted and/or merely subjected to any further apparently illegal or inappropriate conduct infringing upon any legal rights and/or causing any further damage of any sort from distress to economic and everything between resulting from further declines in "service".
Readers and publishers should not be concerned as redress will be forthcoming where deserved whether in public or private action(s) but all must be aware that what was considered "service" may even become distorted into efforts to discourage, disrupt and/or destroy any party's maintenance of any site or mechanism such as to result in the stifling or cessation of one's exercise of Constitutional rights of free speech and the press and/or any other unlawful or inappropriate interference with any person or entity's free expression, conduct and right to engage unmolested in a legitimate business endeavor without limitation. The appropriate attitude for most to maintain is that all of the above is a gift which to be fully exploited as necessary must be calmly and carefully persistently documented where possible and also witnessed in first person by others when possible.
As for the Ninth Amendment these fully documented and witnesses problems reported continue or effectively have become worse with the passage of time which now has extended to midday Wednesday, 15 October 2014. Meanwhile Google continues to retaliate against the Ninth Amendment by interfering with recent posts reader access and/or accurate statistical reporting for the Ninth Amendment's exposure of just one component of Google's deceptive practices in trying to coerce Google Blogger and other service users to switch to Google+ solely for Google's financial benefit in attempting to create a contrived very lucrative social media franchise by deceiving current users to disclose personal information and artificially create friendships and relationships between persons which are none existent one example of which is discussed for interested readers in the link immediately below:
