London and Surrounding English Cities Up in Flames, Is the United States Next?

Tuesday, 9 August 2011, LONDON, The Ninth Amendment reminds readers of the impropriety of READERS BYPASSING THE NEW YORK TIMES "PAYWALL" AND READING UNLIMITED NEW YORK TIMES CONTENT SIMPLY BY SETTING READERS' FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING".
Amidst a third night of looting, arson, and the complete overwhelming of the police state by the disenfranchised populace in London, unprecedented civil unrest spreads throughout London and to neighboring English metropolises. This London mayhem once again triggered (as in the 1980's) by the police murder of a London youth. Prime Minister Cameron makes an emergency return from "holiday" and even Members of Parliament are called back to incredibly sacrifice ONE DAY of their vacations to deal with the destruction of England's capital.
As for the United States, future home of President Rick Perry, God Help Us All, a message to the super-rich, Republicans who would even further cut social services, Wall Street, and the rest of the oblivious tiny oligarchy in the United States? "The revolution will not be televised." And it can start any time. For the real news, the exponential powers afforded the disenfranchised by new technology which is far more powerful than any thoughtless uncoordinated state control by force, and the rapidity with which the mansion on the hill can go up in flames, the Ninth Amendment here invites all readers and commentary.
