Texas Governor Rick "Six-Shooter" Perry Reported Ready to Make His Move for US President

Monday, 8 August 2011, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - The Ninth Amendment reminds readers that it strongly discourages READERS FROM BYPASSING THE NEW YORK TIMES $50 MILLION PAYWALL AND READING UNLIMITED TIMES MATERIAL FOR FREE SIMPLY BY READERS SETTING THEIR FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING".
As reported just moments ago in the "mainstream" press, Texas Governor Rick "Six-Shooter" Perry is finally reported to be setting his sites on the United States Presidency, having safely waited in the wings until he could have some degree of confidence that a man of his sheer ineptitude may actually have a shot at the United States Presidency when it became apparent that all other worthy candidates may have difficulties which may prove fatal to their winning the 2012 Presidential Election.
As was first reported here in the Ninth Amendment nearly a year ago, Texas Governor Rick "Six-Shooter" Perry was the Ninth Amendment's reluctant call for "stealth" candidate for President in the United States with probable co-runner Sarah "where is my brain" Palin. Mr. Perry, who celebrated his unprecedented election to fourth term as Governor of Texas typically out-of-state in New York, promoting his book "Fed Up" about his dislike for former President George "little shrub" Bush, Jr. ( under whom Perry served as Lieutenant Governor of Texas), his disdain for the United States of America, his lack of belief in the United States Constitution, and, of course just like his hated Republican predecessor George "little shrub" Bush, Jr. Perry's vowing NEVER to run for United States President.
Mr. Perry is best known for needlessly shooting and killing a coyote on his morning run, making his money off of insider "sweetheart" land deals (Google "Perry Horseshoe Bay" for more on this) living in a rented $10,000 a month mansion on Texas taxpayers' money instead of in Texas' Governor's Mansion, his repeated threats to "secede" Texas from the United States, the spending of most of his term in office vacationing overseas with his wife with a huge security detail at Texas taxpayers' expense, and his unrelenting fear of a Mexican border invasion into Texas which prompted President Obama to quip, "We've already sent thousands of federal troops to Texas to protect a border which has seen a sharp decline in illegal crossings from Mexico. What does Perry want, a moat?"
Mr. Perry most recently made a fool of himself with this past weekend's sparsely attended "Prayer Breakfast" which was attended by none of the pastors of Mr. Perry's own "home" churches in West Austin, only one of forty-nine invited other state Governors (plus a video sent from Florida's Governor). In a thinly veiled "non-partisan" rant, Governor Perry actually went so far as to offend God him/herself by passing off his garbage sermon as genuine while in fact clearly using it as merely a bankrupt and obvious opportunity to attack President Obama and others by Perry's calling upon God to "cast them from darkness".
Mr. Perry's sole prior book to "Fed Up" about his hatred for the Federal Government was Mr. Perry's previous account of his alleged great success as a boy scout. Mr. Perry apparently, with a somewhat spotty education, grasp of the English language, and fundamental misunderstanding of Christianity, apparently made his "Prayer Breakfast" comments about casting others from darkness with a lack of comprehension that it is God, not Rick "boy scout" Perry, who stands in judgment of others and decides who it is who needs casting from darkness and who does not.
Governor Rick "Six-Shooter" Perry perhaps is in the end known best of all for refusing to stay the execution of a Texas inmate whose guilt was seriously in question because of tainted evidence, with Mr. Perry's sole reason for not allowing a small additional amount of time to examine the evidence being because Mr. Perry and his humane advisers feared that to allow the man to live, even if he were being put to death wrongfully, might cause Mr. Perry some political disadvantage. Governor Rick "Six-Shooter" Perry of Texas, the only place around known to put not one but often two inmates to death on the same the day. "Praise the Lord! God Bless America! Lift Texas Governor Rick Perry from the Darkness of Ignorance and Evil!"

Ninth Amendment Submitted Comment to New York Times

As has been chronicled for the past couple years in the Ninth Amendment log ("blog" is not a word), Mr. Perry has inched toward a run for the United States Presidency tentatively only as he perceives that he may have a real opportunity given the developing poorer prospects of other candidates. Governor Rick "Six-Shooter" Perry, so called by our log since he gained notoriety for shooting a coyote in cold blood on his morning jog with his infamous "six-shooter" which Perry carries in the back of his running shorts despite being surrounded by a phalanx of  "security" personnel, first claimed he did so in self-defense. Upon learning that no person in North America had ever been attacked by a coyote, he changed his account to claim that the coyote had actually threatened his dog.
Mr. Perry represents the interests of almost no Texans, is supported almost solely by super-rich out-of-state donors who profit incredibly from his completely pro-business, anti-education, anti-environmental, anti-disenfranchised agenda. Rick "Six-Shooter" Perry is so disliked by the average Texan that his alleged alma mater, Texas A & M, has for Perry's unprecedented four terms as Governor of Texas REFUSED to acknowledge that Perry was even an alumnus of that school.
Please do read a sampling of posts about Governor Rick "Six-Shooter" Perry, who, unlike Governor Jerry Brown in California, does refuse to live in the state's Governor's Mansion because of his modesty. Perry instead insists on the taxpayers of Texas paying $10,000 a month to rent him a more personally comfortable private mansion while the official Governor's Mansion sits vacant. Meanwhile a great percentage of his time "governing" Texas is spent overseas, as in Japan, where he supposedly "promotes Texas tourism" with his wife, a huge security detail in tow, although as of yet hardly a single "tourist" from the countries where he has squandered a fortune in taxpayers' money has yet to be seen in Texas.
